This gym has a lot to offer. It is older, and the machines and weights are older, but they still work. The steam room is out of order for men & women’s. They do have yoga classes for free with members which is really neat. I bought the 12 day pass to test this gym out. So far it’s great, just feels a little old and dirty on some machines and rooms. I do love the amount of things this gym offers, the only thing that would be cool to add, is a tanning bed or red light therapy. They require a six month membership which runs out $84, not bad at all. Also, my favorite machine is the stair stepper, and I did not find that in this gym );

I love the indoor tennis bubbles at LAC. The owners and most of the front desk staff are super friendly. Old school kind of gym feel. Locker rooms could probably use a little refresh but their fees are reasonable for what you get.

Worst business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I never leave reviews but felt it necessary as this is an ongoing practice for them and I'm not alone. I should've listened to others warn me. Owners will scam you out of everything they can get and continue to charge you after cancelling membership. I was warned by others not to go here for that exact reason but we liked the facility and it was conveniently located for us so gave it a shot. Owners are just horrible human beings.

Yes, old school gyms still exist! It’s authentic, broken-in, and has a ton of character! No nonsense, everything you need, and absolutely no judgment…no one cares how much you lift or what work out gear you have on! You will find the friendliest members all the way up through their 80’s who have been there since they opened and are happy to give you a spot. Your kids can shoot hoops, swim in the pool, along with all the lifting and cardio equipment one could ever need! They have amazing tennis pros and swim instructors who have been there for years and know what they are doing. Pickle ball, boxing, indoor tennis courts.There is a lot to offer here! New isn’t necessarily better people! So if overpriced gyms with a bunch of fancy perks…half of you’ll never use, bright distracting windows all over the place, and are completely overcrowded with Lulu lemon girls taking more selfies then they do reps is your thing…this won’t be your place. People at LAC are there to workout, not be seen and have a bunch of distractions.

We had the most incredible experience with Kellyn this season!! She is the best swim instructor we have ever had, and we are thoroughly impressed with the progress our daughter made!! I would absolutely recommend her :)

Great gym. I was a member here for nearly 3 years until I had to move back to Denver. I am missing it already. I highly recommend this gym for anyone doing weight training in Longmont. This gym is great for weight training, but has lots of other options. It was never too crowded and everyone was friendly. Only complaint is that steam room never worked when I was a member, but the rest of the experience more than made up for it. Looks like they were starting to do something with the steam room the last week I was going there though, so hopefully that's headed in the right direction.

Met the owner, nicest person I’ve met in a gym. She is dedicated to fulfilling my fitness goals and changing my life when it comes to health.
