LongHorn Steakhouse - Steak house in Douglasville - 8471 Hospital Dr, USA

From the outside, this location seems small as it's a part of a strip mall. However, the inside is very open with lots of seating. My party of 8 was seated immediately. Jocelyne (our waitress) was absolutely amazing! She helped with our birthday celebration by taking our cake to the kitchen and lighting the candles for it to be a surprise. She was extremely friendly and continued to check on us. The food came out pretty fast & was delicious! I ordered the spinach dip (my new favorite) & the peppercorn sirloin salad. The portions are very large. Will definitely be coming back to this location over Hiram's!

My first-time at this location. I only ordered the Spinach Dip and pita chips The Dip was cold. Chips fried extra hard. I had it at another location and it was delicious. It looks as though some one had order it this morning and then they gave it to me this afternoon and just didn't feel like making a new order.. I only gave 2 stars because the young girl who took my order was extremely nice. But I literally wasted my money. Check out the Dip from the order below mine. Her Dip is fresh mine is old and rubbery. Smh I would take it back but I have to go to work. Edit- I just want to add I called in to tell the Mgr and he He took care of it. I was so upset because now I don't have time to stop and get something else to eat. But will try this location again since the Mgr was nice

It’s been over 20 years since I dined in here, so I cannot say anything about the customer service, but my family and I have enjoyed eating here, in the past. This is for mobile order, only, so I’m only going to discuss the food. I’ve recently ordered the BBQ Chicken & Shrimp and I gotta say… it’s probably the best BBQ chicken I’ve ever had. I’ve enjoyed the chicken at Texas Roadhouse, but – and I’m not disparaging their food, here – compared to the chicken at Longhorn, it’s a little drier. Of course, everything else about my meal were savory, as well – everything was properly seasoned and it’s one of the few times where a meal has put me in a very good mood. I’m definitely going to order from Longhorn in the near future.

We met my dad here for dinner tonight. We had a good experience. The waitress was nice and did a good job keeping the drinks filled. The appetizer, salad and entrees all came out in a decent amount of time. Everyone's steak was cooked correctly and all the food was delicious. The spinach dip appetizer was very good too.

My friend decided to take me here since it was my first time ever and I must say it was amazing! Especially going in an hr before they closed! We thought we would get the “bottom of the barrel” type of food, but everything was hot and fresh still! Our server Madison was so sweet and very observant with us and I appreciate her so much for that! When you come to this location, ask for her! She made it very welcoming!

Roaches and rude management. Cold and burned food. I would strongly suggest they retrain or let Philip(Manager) go before he ruin this restaurant any further. Sat down at the table and was greeted by a German cockroach before the waiter. The waiter notified the manager because he witnessed the incident as he approached the table. The manager was rude and not empathetic at all. He told the waiter to move us or we could just leave, he said that they cleaned the carpet and that’s why the roaches are coming out.They even sat another couple at the table without clean the smushed roach up, and they had to move. I’ll spare the rest of the details of this experience but think twice before dining here. I will drive out of my way before I dine here ever again thanks to the manager. I’m reasonable and would have given it another shot later but his attitude is trash.

The food was flavorful, hot, fresh and the steak was grilled to perfection as ordered. Couldn't ask for a better cooked steak.

Terrible…I had to call 3 times to be answered to place my order because the first time the server hung up the first time, then the second the workers were having a conversation & cursing & I continued to say hello for about a minute & a half. Once I arrived I stood in the to go area for about 11 minutes before even being greeted. In fact, another guest had to ask the bartender who was the to go server, then they finally acknowledged me although they saw me standing there. Finally the server comes & brings my food hadanother guest’s food in the bag as well. When I place my order I asked for A1 in th bag. I asked for it after getting my food & the server said they didn’t have anymore packets. I asked could she put it in a to go ramekin she then said they didn’t have anymore at all. She went to the back & poured less than a cap full of A1 into a container & said that’s all they had. I asked another server & they said it was a whole bottle right there under the counter shelf & poured a full ramekin. Now for the food, ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING! I ordered a kid’s steak (MW with a parm top & broccoli. The steak was undercooked, medium at best, & the broccoli was completely RAW. Hard, cold & unseasoned, just melted butter on it but also going bad with dark spots. One of the worst meals I’ve had.
