LongHorn Steakhouse - Steak house in Madison - 2021 Gallatin Pike N #296, USA

This location is right next to a Red Robin and since I had a gift card from Christmas I decided to give the Longhorn Burger a try. It was around $15 and included a side. They cooked it medium well and included bacon as well as my choice of real cheese (Swiss). This burger puts anything at Red Robin to shame but you don’t get the bottomless sides. Though I ended up not eating much of the fries once I finished with the burger. I mean what do you want to fill up on? A huge burger or fries.

Good food. Nice atmosphere. Friendly efficient staff. Nice decor. Decent prices. Tamara is a nice, friendly server that kept things orderly and timely.

The waiter was amazing BUT the the silverware was filthy. We had to ask for silverware 3 times and then the people behind us had to ask for silverware as well. It was so much food on the silverware. Just nasty and disgusting. The manager said that a special needs person wrapped the silverware and that was very offensive. Another table beside us got up and left because it was to much going on. My steak was pink and my fries and chicken tenders were soggy. I am very disappointed. Trying to take my significant other to his favorite place and it was a disaster and ridiculous. The manager gave us a discount on our meal but the food wasn’t good at all. Zero Stars from us.

Get the Longhorn steak! Very big piece of meat! Anthony was our server, he was a real pleasure, down to earth nice guy! Asparagus, house salad, loaded baked potato and red rock shrimp, very delicious !😋

We called ahead about a party of 20. They said it would be he a problem. When we arrived we were told it would be a 30 to 45 minutes wait. We waited an hour. When we went back to the desk to inquire about the time, we were told it would be an additional 45 minutes. However they continued to seat smaller groups that came in way after we did. So we left to take our business elsewhere. They need better management.

Everything was perfect. ☺️The steaks shrimp onions and donut holes tasted fresh. Soooo, my boyfriend eats dessert before any meal and he said the dounut holes were better than he thought. This evening was a good choice. Come follow me and I will follow back and post more reviews.

Great service, great food. I love that you can get a kid steak, a real one, not just well done steak tips. I can never eat a whole steak dinner, so this is the perfect size for me.
