I had the pleasure of dining at LongHorn Steakhouse, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The restaurant's warm and inviting ambiance immediately set the stage for a memorable evening. To start, the service was impeccable. Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They took the time to explain the various cuts of steak and offered excellent recommendations, making our decision-making process much easier. For the appetizer, we tried the Wild West Shrimp, and it was a flavor explosion. The crispy shrimp combined with the spicy cream sauce had the perfect balance of heat and creaminess. It was an excellent way to kick off the meal. Now, on to the main event—the steaks. LongHorn Steakhouse knows how to prepare a steak to perfection. I ordered the Renegade Sirloin, and it was cooked exactly as I had requested, a perfect medium-rare. Each bite was juicy and bursting with flavor. The seasoning was just right, enhancing the natural taste of the meat without overpowering it. The sides, including the loaded baked potato and seasoned vegetables, complemented the steak beautifully. What truly sets LongHorn Steakhouse apart is the attention to detail in their food preparation. The dishes are cooked with care and expertise, resulting in a truly exceptional dining experience. The dessert was the perfect way to end the meal. We shared the Chocolate Stampede, a delightful combination of chocolate, brownies, and ice cream that satisfied our sweet cravings. Very good steak. Good service. Not only was our waitress attentive, but the manager checked on us, and another waitress checked on us twice.

Definitely recommend! Steak is always cooked and seasoned perfectly. Other food is also great. Wait staff is friendly and prompt.

Eat here frequently. Seated in bar today for lunch at a table where surrounding floor is covered in wet, sticky, slimy looking substance. I slipped getting into the booth catching on the table. I’ve informed three different servers so far and NO effort is being made to mop this up to create a clean and safe dining experience. We’ve paid and now I have to get out of the booth without falling. VERY disappointing !

My family and I went on this Friday night, we were seated immediately. Our waitress very friendly and efficient. We ordered and when the food arrived, my wife's steak was overdone and sent it back. After the rest of us had finished eating, her steak arrived cold and still over cooked. The manager didn't seemed to care.

Today was the best dining experience we've had in Dothan. We only waited about 5-10 minutes before being seated, which was great bc they were pretty crowded. Our waiter Aaron was there to ask what drinks we wanted before we even got settled into the booth completely. He kept our drinks full and made sure we had everything we needed. Some of the other employees even asked how we were doing. Food was great, ate way too much! Only bad thing I could possibly say is my steak was a little too done, but my husband's was on point! Salad was delish! Update: I'm not sure when the original post was, but today was not as great it once was. They didn't even have a hostess and we almost walked out. A waitress seated us and it wasn't even her area. They took forever to bring our food. People that came in after us were served before us. My steak was a bit overcooked, and Hub's chicken was a bit too seasoned. Also, it would've been better if they brought the sides with the main dish.

Comparing this to the Texas Roadhouse in Dothan. This place has better food, it comes out hot and fresh, the restaurant is clean and so are the restrooms. Everything that Texas Roadhouse fails to have. We will be going to this location for our future Steak and Lobster dinners. The mushrooms with garlic and cheese were out of this world. I wouldn't do the Brussel sprouts again though because they smelled funky and most it was burned so it was not edible. The asparagus, shrip, steak, lobster, and potatoes were done perfectly.

Manager John was great ...he accommodated our large party...an our servers GREAT...We had 2 servers Tatum was super..so was other one (sorry didn't catch her name)
