Long John Silver's - Fast food restaurant in Temple - 3210 S 31st St, USA

Impressed to see how busy it was. It was always empty before it burned down. Because of all the traffic I figured what the heck, give it a try. Fried fish was pretty tasty and reminded me exactly what it tasted like 10 years ago when I had it last. Good fried fish, same poor service and same attitudes unfortunately behind the counter. Try it out for nostalgia if you want. But it’s no different than it ever was :)

So happy y'all are back! Service was amazing. The line was out to the street, but I was surprised at how quickly I got my order! I loved the Cheesecake Factory slices 😋. The tea was fresh and delicious.

Long John Silver's is back in business and cooking with a force! The meal box was hot along with the irresistible delicious food inside and the sweet and sour sauce, like the fish, is pure delish!

Super sweet staff. Wait was a little long and this sweet man was entertaining my toddler while we were waiting. Even though there was a lot of people they still got my large order out in under 10 minutes. So glad y’all are back!

Was closed for awhile but now has reopened. Had a double fish combo with fries and cole slaw. Food was fantastic but a little greezy. Service was great but floors and men's bathroom was dirty and both needed to be cleaned. Otherwise if they clean it up, I will go back.👍👍 update: Sept 16, 2023. Grand opening will be October 16,2023. After 2 yrs from burning down. Update: Oct 2,2023. This place is fantastic. From the time this restaurant opens till it closes, a long line is at the drive thru plus inside is full, never ending. A 5 ⭐'s rating for food, service and atmosphere. I'm recommending this new Long John's. Enjoy

So far so good. The fish and chicken are tasty, a little greasy, but I'll take greasy and good over not greasy and bad. The service is attentive especially when compared to other fast food joints. Therefore, let's elevate this shop from "fast food" to "fast casual". It seems young adults haven't discover the fish and chicken. Perhaps that's because this location was out of action for an extensive time.

I love LJS. Always been my favorite since I was a baby. The new building has brought in more staff and better customer service than any other Long John location I've been to. Hands down 10/10 at this location. I was there opening day while corporate was watching staff like a hawk and as expected food and service was absolutely amazing.

They were extremely busy as you can see from the pictures. However, staff were very friendly, and the service was excellent. Minimal time waiting in line to give my order (approximately 3 minutes) and my food came out fast and hot again about 3 minutes after ordering. I was still filling my cup with my drink when they called my name. The location has a great new layout in the dining area, and the facility was very clean. I highly recommend this establishment.
