Great little place that opens late in downtown Houston. Meant places around here were closed by 8pm, even the hotel bar was closed for food! Quick, tasty local tacos and chips and salsa. Very reasonably priced and quick service! I would recommend a visit.
Ordered 3 tacos Fried chicken taco - tasteless, bland. Worst taco I’ve ever had. Grilled chicken taco - okay. Grilled Shrimp taco - filling was so less, basically all I had was a taco shell, 1shrimp and some veggies. I will not recommend this to anyone. Especially for the price. There are a lot of options around here within eyesight. Edit: A new update they charged me 3% for using card (as card service), which I was not told before using the card. I was just checking my receipt and found. They are taking advantage of people not asking for receipts these days. Absolutely hate it. Response: Thanks for looking up my previous reviews. Just because I only review the the restaurants that are bad doesn't mean I inherently hate all restaurants. The purpose of review is to help other customers choosing a good place to eat and owner to fix things for the good, not to blame the reviewer. If you're going to charge extra for for using credit card, you should have at least declared it beforehand.
I work downtown and wanted a convenient but filling food option. This was my first and last visit. I ordered the steak quesadilla half portion. The picture shows what they call half which is basically a quarter. This cost me $11. It was not worth it at all. This felt like a kids portion. It came with some lettuce, a tablespoon of guacamole and pico with salsa. The salsa was the worst I’ve ever had. It was basically tomato water. I will not be visiting again.
What a great spot for the best salsa I've had in a long time! The food was perfect. But that salsa was so good. The chips were homemade. Cute outdoor seating with a open bar. My only regret was that I didn't ask for a bag of chips and salsa to go! 😫
I just ask the server to give me their three favorite Tacos. Didn’t disappoint. Good prices too.

Great taco place with fantastic flavors throughout the menu. Each taco is just individual enough that it has a unique and different flavor profile. The El Fandango was phenomenal! Guacamole is good and very smooth, but the chips could have used a little more salt. Gluten free options are available with corn tortillas (they even double them up for strength!). We will certainly be back to try more taco options!
Diner style restaurant with world class tacos - never ate better tacos! We ate one crispy avocado taco, one fish, one brisket and one barbacoa - each of them perfectly done. Also the add-ins like mango tasted fresh and well made. Highly recommended!
