Lone Star Inn by FairBridge - Motel in Rosenberg - 4606 Avenue H, USA

As soon as me and my family Arrived to this place(Lone star inn) ROCKET was very rude and upset we had a small pitbull puppy with us" and immediately told me to get rid of it...it was for my son" both my son and puppy are Babies" I had to sell her the next day because they said they will kick us out! Rocket was mad at us and don't even know us...we arrived to the hotel with sugarland police" they are who brung us there....The beginning of June 2024 this year! (ROCKET) And his entire family are very RUDE & MEAN AND DONT CARE ABOUT NONE OF THEY GUEST OR KIDS!!!! My Room was nice & remodeled but had ROACHES in the bathroom area" ROCKET is Bad For Business and always have a attitude!! They have no house keepers on site! Not 1! They have 2 washing machines and 2 dryers" 2 of da 4 work...1 washer and 1dryer...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO THIS PLACE!!! VERY BAD PEOPLE" UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE! (ROCKET) NEEDS TO BE FIRED ASAP!!! Also the older guy who always walks arnd with the mean face is stealing money out of the cash register!!! I give this place 3 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 Thumbs Down.....!!!

The rooms have been nicely renovated. However, with the German roach infestation and numerous other insects crawling in and around the bed it's a hard place to rest. Large gaps around exterior door jam as well allowing for pest entrance. Linens littered with previous guests hair.

Two of my family members who are disabled were refused rooms here. I believe it was over them being wheelchair bound. After talking to the motel staff prior to coming here, they said they can service them. But once they showed up a staffer denied them service. Idk the laws in Texas but I believe this is discrimination over them being disabled. I don't recommend anyone of the elderly and or disabled community to come to this motel. They will not welcome you. Smh

Owner ( man from India) is EXTREMELY rude. Rooms are not all done from remodeling yet still rents rooms out. House keeping is not done like professional motel service. Parking has allot of pot holes. Owner LIES. Accuses people for no reason. Bed box springs so not match up mattress size . This place is NOT a professional place for business. No food nor coffee there. Only limited 1 roll of toilet tissue for 2-3 days. No security at all there. I was staying there for a while with a brother if mine and I had to keep my comments to myself. But when I'm accused of lying that's when it went over board. He accused me of lieing . That's one thing I didn't do. That's what upsetted me. Totally none professional. Freedom of speech and opinion. No lie. I can't believe room(s) are being rented out while room is not complete.

Grrrreat Remodeling going on!! Verrry impressive! Check out pics! Good to see taking pride in ownership & work here! They still have older rooms & otherwise they are also good rooms for a decent price! Appreciate the staff & their work too.

By far the most disgusting place I have ever been, more like a perminant home for most! Bugs, nasty stained sheets, extremely small rooms, holes in walls and ceiling, awful bathrooms. I felt more comfortable during my over night stay in jail!

Well to start off...these people can't understand English very well...stayed for a week and it was horrible..a total nightmare..the rooms are dirty..old..out dated..mildew..just nasty!!!!! Every time I tried to use the key it never worked..so I had to get a new one..to get clean towels they count the dirty ones u turn in before you get the clean ones..like who is gonna steal these nasty towels..we just bought our own towels..I don't recommend this place to anyone..even a homeless person is better off than staying here..

Very good value. Not a luxury place but definitely quiet during the week, and the rooms are being remodeled step by step and are so clean!
