Coffee and service terrible. Got a cafe caramel with mocha added, should have been extra sweet, right? No, bitter coffee. So much so I had to add sugar. Service was no better. Female employee who was more interested in taking photos with a friend in the cafe than even saying coffee was ready. We were sitting less than 10 feet away facing an outside window. With the oversaturation of coffee shops, one would think they'd take it more seriously. Don't plan on coming back.
OMG!!! I move from dtPHX to Arcadia and BOOM!!!! A little downtown gem 3 blocks from home!!!! Slick the kitchen guy is like his name says, food is killer....coffee has always been next level. Highly recommend!!!!!
Excellent iced chai with soy and a great cafe Blanco with pumpkin. Pastries are delicious, staff are friendly, patient, and helpful. Love the vibe and decor.
My favorite local coffee spot! The drinks are delicious, the burrito guy knows what he's doing, and the bakery items are all yummy. Be warned though! If you're coming here before work, you better have at least 15 minutes to spare. And good luck finding parking if you come during a peak brunch day lol
Found this coffee shop during an unexpected stay in Phoenix. The place was spacious and service was reasonably quick. Order an ice coffee with a blueberry muffin. Both were tasty and hit the spot before my flight home today.
Good coffee but very slow service. Twice tried coming here before work and was made late (30 min wait time). Saw barista building my simple latte and doing other side work/getting drinks done after me even tho they came in way after me. She gave me attitude when i asked if i could Just have my drink instead of waiting for her to finish all the other drinks to add ice- I’ll just take it dude I’m staring at it finished while she’s building all these other drinks after mine.
Latte was good, probably not the best way to evaluate the coffee. Banana bread was okay, a little dry and not sure how long it had been in the case. Service was fine and it was nice that they brought my coffee when it was finished instead of waiting for me to figure it out and go back to the counter.
The last few times, the service has been poor, and the quality of the coffee was different. Jasmine took our order, was not friendly when taking our order, and seemed annoyed to be there. That behavior is just very off-putting. I’ll be visiting other inviting coffee shops in the Arcadia area. Also, they were out of apples one morning and had no salsa another day.
