Because of the family like community here this small local gym is growing and expanding quickly which shows how wonderful and consistent they are. They host fun events throughout the year and everyone is always welcome. If you’re looking for somewhere to fit in, have fun, and push your limits -Lokal Strength is definitely worth a try. Multiple classes through the day available. And what else is awesome is seeing their teams at different competitions always supporting each other consistently. Love what they’ve got going on here!

Are you looking for a gym that's full of community, inviting and will challenge you? Well, Lokal Strength is the gym for you! I can't say enough good things about Lokal Strength. I'm new to this type of strength and conditioning but I feel very confident with Jessi and Seth coaching me through it all! They are not only encouraging and kind, but are both phenomenal athletes in the gym and well trained in the art of weightlifting. Within a short amount of time, I have learned a vast amount about technique, engaging and activating certain muscles groups and have had fun every single day! I love this place and know you will too!

Lokal Strength is the best gym I have ever worked out at! The owners, power couple Jessi and Seth, are great to work with and they make going to the gym fun! This gym is great for beginners too! I love all the other member, we are like a family! 10/10 would recommend!

As far as CrossFit gyms go, this one checks all the boxes. Equipment is good, programming works, and nutrition support is there if you want it. The things that made Lokal stand out to me were a strong social media presence and emphasis on community. It's that last one that kept me coming back. Great community of people that become good friends.

Jessi and Seth are by far the BEST Coaches I’ve ever had. Gym’s used to be so intimidating to me, never once have I felt that way at Lokal Strength. I have been with Lokal strength since they have open, it has been just what I have been looking for in a gym. The coaches are amazing! They correct your form and push you harder then you could have ever imagined (in a great way!) They want you to be successful and see you reach your goals! I have yet to see a coach like Jessi and Seth get so pumped when you hit a goal! The community of the gym keeps you wanting to come back. The environment is just so encouraging and supportive. If you are looking for a gym to call home, you don't want to miss out! You will be happy you tried it!

Lokal Strength is more than a place to workout. The owners, trainers, other members (and cats!) all welcomed us in like family! My wife and I were new to town and now we are so excited to have a clean, well equipped gym nearby that also has really cool people there. If you are hesitant, intimidated, or just not sure about joining, I highly recommend just going in to talk with them and feel it out..you’ll be happy you did! You’ll get way more out of Lokal than any big, impersonal Globo Gym.
