Iâve signed up for memberships at the big box gyms starting off with enthusiasm and then slowly stop going. I would get bored of my routine and never felt like I knew what I was doing or what I should be working on. Then I joined Danâs gym at F3!

Nice facility with plenty of space for hitting pitching, fielding, and weights.
Thereâs even stuff to do if you decide to stay for a whole practice (pool, ping pong, video games, massage chair)

I love barre 3! I have had both Celia and Nicki and they are great instructors. I really look forward to coming to class every week to get a good workout and increase my overall strength. Highly recommend :)
