Do not work for these folks. It is just too difficukt and time consuming to get paid. They used to be super-awesome begfore they merged with ovation. The, literally, caused me to become homeless by not paying. Do yourself a favor and just avoid them.

I used to do business as a tech with this organization from 2016 to 2021. They used to be a reliable contractor that would send work my way. I'd eventually get paid, sometimes over 35 days late, but that was expected. Ran a call for them recently (for the first time in years) and now can't seem to get anyone on the phone or email to assist me. Left messages and still no return calls. Apparently the contact that had me go out to a call had been either fired, or left. Do not do any service calls for them. They now are owned by a company called Ovation Technologies.

Total scam artists. I would not do business with them ever again. They will make up reasons not to pay their techs.

Some of their clients cannot keep there own records straight. As far as LMS goes, I have ZERO (0) complaints! I've done work for this company, we'll over 100 service call and they have paid me every time! Average time to pay is typically 3-4 days, some have been approved the same day! To date I've been paid for every single job and never once have they tried accusing me of missing parts.

†****** it was the best place to work.. till they fired me after relocating across the country for them then they left me out here to die. .. did not pay any of my expenses and left me in 10k worth of debit. after a yr and a half of dedicated service and bending over backwards for this company . The best place to work hands down!! No job to big or to small !!.. We may have some flaws but we are constantly striving to provide our customers and our employees with the best experience possible... If you are talking about not getting paid ... Then the Job must have not been completed ... Or you Failed to Send a Part back ... Because I know First hand I work on the service desk and we always pay our techs . if your a FN or If your A 10-99 employee ... Do a GOOD job we will Hire you On W-2 !! But Quit Trying to Extort Money for SUB PAR work and poor Customer service ....

This company is a joke. You have to constantly call them to get paid. The only reason they stay in business is because good hard working technicians like me and I'm sure many others give great service so the customer thinks it's coming from Logical Maintenance Solutions. One thing is sure.....I WILL NEVER DO A SERVICE CALL FOR THEM AGAIN!!!

I personally like doing work with these guys. Other contractors may be salty because they didn't read the scope of work or didn't realize what they were getting into. If you don't know what to do then don't say you do. Additionally, as a contractor for LMS, I guarantee the most exceptional customer service experience that I can provide with over 6 years in sales, customer support and service. Additionally, others have said that once someone canceled they didn't get paid. If you don't do the work you arnt going to get paid the full amount. Work with the company for travel expenses and they will help out. Anyway it's sad because most people only comment on something if they have a bad experience and forget to mention the good. Fantastic company though.

This company falsely stated a time on the work order. And wanted to call to have it corrected, Stated they would call back. Didn't return my calls or messages to get it corrected. After I finally just canceled the work order I looked on here and I feel like I dodged a bullet.
