Logan's Roadhouse - Steak house in Cincinnati - 3720 Stone Creek Blvd, USA

Took my family here between activities at Great American Ball Park for a bite to eat. The service was outstanding, the food was out of thus world and our server was top notch! He treated my grandkids the best ever, helping them cut up their food ( they are 4 & 5 ) along with bringing extra napkins without having to ask. He was also doing double duty as he was the bar tender. But everyone in this restaurant were amazing from the front door to our table. I hope I get the opportunity to eat here again, so thank you for your hospitality and kindness.

Very nice! The food and service were really good. Not a long wait on a Friday night. Will eat there again very soon!

The food was great, better than expected. We had one of the most amazing servers there, which made the experience there better! Will be dinning there more often!

Porterhouse was prepared medium-medium rare like I ask , food was delicious. Customer service was good, but the place could be cleaned a little better . 5 stars for food and service, 4 for Atmosphere.

Our table was so sticky when we sat down. I asked our waiter if he could wipe it down. He said sure and left. A different guy came over and said... You want your table cleaned? It's just like that! I said yes. And he rudely said it ain't gonna do nothing but I'll clean it. Then he walked away. Then a lady walked over and said the tables are like that. They were refinished cheaply, and they weren't done right. They're just like that. She walks away. Then, a 4th person, a guy, walks over with a towel to finally wipes it. It was a little bette, but not much. It was so stick that my napkin with utensils was stuck to the table (pictures). Gross! It must be offensive to ask for your table to be wiped because the word spread through the employees, and it took 4 different people coming over in disbelief of the audacity of me asking before someone did it. Rude employees!

I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK!!! On a whim, (after a not so pleasant waiting experience at the restaurant next door) my friend and I decided to go to Logan's. This was my first time eating there. We were tired and hungry and frustrated after our experience next door. We were quickly greeted by a smiling hostess and immediately seated. In less than a minute, Tatiana (if you're reading this, I apologize if I misspelled your name) took our drink order and returned with drinks and bread quickly as well. My sirloin was amazing! It was perfectly cooked, tasty, and so tender I could have cut it with a butter knife. The mashed potatoes were creamy and good as well. My friend said her food was delicious also. The prices were excellent for what we got! Tatiana was very attentive in making sure our food was good and drinks were refilled. She was funny and all around a great server... to the point we asked for her schedule so we could return when she's working. This was a wonderful dining experience, and I 100% look forward to returning.

The food was pretty good. The waitress was horrible!!! We asked for butter for our rolls and we didn’t get it my husband waited and waited for a a refill and she never came back so I took his glass to the bar and got it refilled. Then when we were finished she tried to give us butter and a container for our rolls. We waited for her to come get our check and she never came so my husband took it up to the bar so we could pay. You would think if your working for tips you would at least try.

It was soooo cold, food salty bit our waitress was awesome!
