Log Cabin Pancake House - Pancake restaurant in Virginia Beach - 1614 Atlantic Ave, USA

We got our food to go pioneer breakfast and ham and cheese omelet. Service was fast. We had a nice little walk back to our hotel but the food was still hot and fresh. I ordered my eggs over medium and they by far were the closest to over medium I have received from a restaurant in years. The pancakes and bacon were yummy too. The omelette was huge and tasty. Would definitely go back.

This log cabin pancake house is located at 1614 Atlantic avenue Virginia Beach Virginia in between 16th and 17th street. Whenever we’re at beach we prefer to eat at this place and today we stopped there for breakfast because they buffet option too so you can eat whatever you like to eat and buffet is at very affordable price and besides meats you can eat eggs like omelette, French toast, potatoes,bread slices, and there pancake for which this location is known. They got different kinds fruits too. Customer service is excellent, restaurant got plenty of seats to dine in, tables chairs,sofas, everything is clean and neat. There is parking in the rear , nice place to dine with family. We feel safe and comfortable to dine in there

Nice breakfast buffet. Fresh Watermelon and Muskmelon were good. Pancakes and french toast, bacon, seasoned potatoes. Other fruit container looked like canned fruit cocktail...instead, they really should have fresh Pineapple. Staff were friendly and on top of making sure plates were cleaned up and soft drinks were replenished.

Great food ordered off the menu. We has the Mediterranean Omelet and Belgian Waffle with eggs. We weren't interested in the buffet. We had prompt service and a short wait to be seated. Would recommend to anyone craving breakfast food for lunch in the Virginia Beach area!

I had a cooked-to-order breakfast rather than the buffet: 2 eggs, bacon, toast and potatoes. All were very good. The whole wheat toast was pre-buttered and not overly thick or sweet. The bacon had the right mix of lean & fat, and was cooked perfectly. The potatoes were cut into discs, with the skin on. There is no fruit cup option when ordering from the menu (although other reviews say a selection of fruit is available from the buffet). You can order individual fruit from the menu. I chose an orange, which was fresh and cut into bite-size pieces. It filled up a separate plate. Service was prompt, despite a substantial late Saturday morning crowd. The interior is dated in the inoffensive and almost charming way beach venues can get away with. I was at a small booth near the kitchen door whose cushion looked OK, but felt lumpy. Tables were promptly cleared and wiped down as patrons left. Don't worry about the kitschy log cabin exterior. That's just for the tourists :-)

Looking for a quick place to get incredible breakfast? The wait here can vary, but the service is prompt. After all the wait it worth the experience you are about to have here. Warm, cozy, family-friendly atmosphere set one block from the boardwalk. Casual and quaint options offer cook to order and buffet options. They followed all proper covid-19 guidelines while I dined here. If you want a quick bite or to take your time and enjoy the buffet this place is great. They sanitize between customers and overall looked very clean. They have great prices and a wide variety of menu options. I will definitely be returning here for a delicious breakfast if I ever return to the area.

The staff is friendly and the food is great. They make their own French bread each day for the French toast. The slices are HUGE! They also keep the restaurant clean. Some places just do a quick wipe. Not here. They wipe surfaces completely and sweep after each table leaves.
