Awesome quirky local coffee shop tucked away in downtown manitou. Known for their coffee as well as their locally baked pastries, especially bagels, donuts and cinnamon rolls - check them out on the socials. Chai, matcha and bagged teas and hot chocolate for the non coffee drinkers and lots of seasonal specials for those that are. Big community table and a handful of 2 tops adds to local cozy appeal for catching up with old friends or making new ones.

Absolutely stellar. The quality and caliber of food for such a small footprint was unexpected and delightful. One of the friendly staff let us enjoy a free pastry after a darling photoshoot and I'm going to be dreaming about it forever. Great food, but man the people working here are quality folks.

WOW! I love a good coffee shop, but also wasn't having high hopes. The Loft Espresso blew my socks off. First of all, the staff...friendly and smiling and so sweet. Next, the coffee soooooo good. We got a dirty Chai and a regular drip coffee. We also split a rose pistachio Donut that was to die for. So unique and yummy. Then....those breakfast sandwiches....out of this world. Highly recommend. Sad that we did this the last day in town....otherwise I'd have come here every morning if I knew how great it was.

We stumbled on this place serendipitously while visiting Colorado Springs. If you are in the area, I hope you try this place, for your sake. We went everyday we were in town and everything we tried was amazing. The coffee is great, the staff was always friendly and happy to help. The owner came and explained the food, and even gave us some cool toppings to try with what we ordered! His heart and soul goes into this place. And it shows. Great coffee, great breakfast and lunch, great service, great ownership! My Recs: Lucy in the Sky, Prince Caspian

We stopped for lunch at The Loft after hiking at The Garden of Gods. We wanted a quick grab and go. At first we were not sure that the place served lunch, but we were pleasantly surprised at their menu. The had a variety of breakfast and lunch options and the prices were extremely affordable. The food was plated beautifully and all of the dishes we ordered were delicious and filling. Staff was extremely friendly and the place had great vibes. I would definitely reccomend anyone in the area to stop by.

We stopped in for cold brew, and I honestly wish I was hungry. The establishment had character and moxie as the scent in the air was full of fresh aromas of bacon and espresso. I enjoyed the layout, quaint, stylish, and full of personality.

Stopped in during a one-night visit to hike the nearby trails. Super friendly staff, great breakfast sandwiches & good cappuccino! I had one on a croissant with egg, avocado & some veggies and my husband had one with bacon, egg & cheese on a bagel. Great little neighborhood spot, seemed to be a lot of locals. Would definitely stop in again if in the area.

Love this trail. Only issue is there are only 3 parking spots close to the trailhead. It is most likely you will need to do paid parking a few blocks away.
