Beautiful resort. Gorgeous location. Lovely rooms. Hands down the nicest employees — across the board —- that I have ever encountered in a hotel. If there was a rating higher than 5 stars I would give it! The one caution I would give is that due to the layout of the hotel (only four floors and very spread out… which does lend a very spacious quality to the hotel ) a lot of walking can be required to get to one’s room or the restaurants. If someone has mobility issues, make sure to ask for a room near the elevators.

Had a lovely trip in Arizona in May! The weather was fantastic this time of year and the staff were very nice. I chose this hotel in order to take advantage of my AMEX credit, and the benefits were well worth it! The breakfast credit was phenomenal (and very good!), and I was able to use my resort credit on property for dinner one night. I also received a suite upgrade, which featured one of the largest tubs I've seen in a while! The staff was kind, and the resort was nice. The room could use a bit of an update, but it was clean. I also enjoyed the activities they had on resort, they had Stargazing one night and also a morning hike you could attend! Both featured locals, and was a nice way to start/end the day! Definitely recommend staying here if you have the benefit!

The hotel was under construction, which is good and bad. Good because it is in desperate need of upkeep. Bad because it was very distracting. ||I was put in a room that had an entrance from the outside and a patio that overlooked the parking lot. This was very disappointing to say the least. And, it didn’t feel all that safe for a solo woman traveler - felt like a motel. But the room was large and the bed was comfortable and it ended up being nice to not face the pool area since there was a loud DJ in the afternoons when I was staying there. ||It was odd that the valet workers discouraged using the valet. But, the self-parking was free. ||The food at the grill and in the lobby bar was not good but it was nice that they had servers at the pool and they poured nice wine in the lobby. ||I could message the hotel by text when I was there, which was convenient.

Came to this resort for a conference. Must admit, expectations were low. Yet this place was really nice. Rooms were spacious and with great amenities. We had a good sofa and a king bed. Pillows were terrible but that is expected in any hotel. Lobby was nice and had a great bar and seating area. Pool was super nice with great views of the mountain. The food served during the meeting was really good and service was way above expectations. Overall a great experience and nice hotel.

The views here are unreal! Seriously, stunning. Rooms are comfortable and large. The pool and service at the pool is great, and the food is good. They even had fun activities for the kiddos - like a movie night outside. Overall a really enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Peaceful. Relaxing. Wonderful. We didn't leave the resort. We totally R&R'ed the whole time. Our mountain view room and balcony was so peaceful to enjoy our in-room morning coffee. The complementary Koi food was a fun part of each day. The on --property walk to the waterfall was a nice highlight. It is so nice to see employees who are happy to be doing their jobs and taking care of the guests. We LOVE it here and are already planning our next visit.

Stayed here multiple times while our daughter was at school here. It has always been a highpoint and remains a highpoint whenever visiting Tucson. The front desk staff are always welcoming and helpful. The staff around the resort are wonderful. Our first visit was back during Covid times and the staff was limited, since then, the stays have just kept improving. I highly recommend! Not sure when our next visit may be since our daughter graduated this year - but......we will sorely miss this place. Until we stay again!!!!

My bf and I stayed here twice only a month apart. First time was in June 2024 for Memorial Day weekend and the second time was for the 4th of July. The first time we stayed the staff were very nice to us and even offered us water and snacks for our stay. We had been upgraded to a different room that we had originally been booked due to the perks with American Express. Which included free breakfast every morning, the second time we stayed we were given only $80 towards breakfast. The hotel gives you a card to hang on your door and they’ll get it before 2am. Both times they never picked up our card. Which was odd because everyone on our floor got their cards taken. I had to call to order our food in the morning, since we had marked what time we wanted it on the card. The food was ok most of the time it was cold or over cooked and you waited 2 hours longer than when you were expecting it. What upset my bf the most is they still charged us for room service but later removed it when they realized they never took our card to begin with. We also had two very different pool experiences such as in June ever pool was so preteen and clean but in July it was full of debris and bugs. You would think they were maybe scooping them out at the end of the night or maybe every hour because yes it’s summer there’s going to be bugs. But no they let them become swamps.
