Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando - Resort hotel in Orlando - 6601 Adventure Wy, USA

The Sapphire Falls hotel was quite nice and felt very modern. All the staff was friendly and helpful. All the restaurants in the hotel had excellent food and drinks. I appreciated the water taxi the most as it was a quick and easy way to get from the hotel to City Walk and the parks. As for the rooms, the beds were comfortable which is hard to do these days as most hotel beds are not comfortable. My only real complaint about the rooms is that the sink area really relied on the light up mirror to provide light into this space. While it was somewhat adequate, I would prefer a pendant style light fixture instead. The one little in ceiling light was not enough either.

Avoid! Having stayed at the Hard Rock and Loews Royal Pacific many times over the past few years and always having an excellent time, I was reluctant to change, however on recommendation of a family member I was talked into it - big mistake! We stayed for 4 nights. Had the rooms booked for nearly 12 months, I had asked for my 4 rooms on the same floor due to having disabled parents with us. I checked on this a number of times and was told although a request shouldn't be a problem. I then checked in, which was the slowest check in known to man to be told we were all on different floors! having asked to see the manager it was resolved but not a great start to the holiday. If I thought check in was a nightmare, check out was worse! Took so long and then to add insult to injury having prepaid for my rooms when I booked them I then got home to the UK to find I had also been charged again upon check out, I ask 8 times during check out that no payments were being made and assured they weren't so that's was a nasty surprise. I have also been charged for a number of bar invoices etc which were also nothing to do with us and weren't on the invoices. Pool ok but lots of leaves in it. Rooms ok, however, things missing (like tissues, shower gel etc) and things not working (lamps) again minor things but not the service we have had previous. Valet charge higher than expected (says it $33 but its $40) and although they are friendly, not enough so you have to wait a while to get your car, again a minor thing but they add up! Breakfast in the Cookhouse, expensive for what you get. Egg station good but the rest of the hot food isn't hot. Shame as we had had a wonderful time in Orlando and this spoilt the end of our trip

Convenient on site option with water taxi - easy quick trip to city walk to access the parks. Food and beverage were average with average service, expensive for the quality and service. Pool and recreation closures during much of visit which were not well communicated even during check in when we inquired about pool hours and access. Small standard rooms but get the job done. Overall clean and not a terrible value for being so close to the parks.

The rooms are nice and roomy and clean. Great housekeeping staff. Perfect location and easy access to CityWalk by boat and easy walk to Royal Pacific next door. Guest Services, although very nice and friendly, they didn't really give us any insight of the hotel amenities or other perks available, such as Early Park admission times, etc... We visited during the off season, but the hotel was nice and quiet.

This was our first time staying at Sapphire Falls, and we loved it. It was a great Hotel, clean, and welcoming, the staff was polite and so helpful. We tried the Amatista restaurant for breakfast and dinner and couldn't be happier with the service and food quality. ||And proximity to Volcano Bay and the Parks is a big bonus!

Amazing Hotel for families and also pet owners. Very clean and nice smelling on the floors. Rooms are big enough. Hotel has two big restaurants( in both food is amazingly delicious, service is super nice) and a get and go breakfast place inside. Their pool is very big and nice as well. For going to universal studios parks, you can take either bus or boatWe did an amazing experience.

Always a fantastic experience at Sapphire Falls. One of my favorite things is how amazing the hotel lobby smells. They always try to accommodate any requests, including a super early check-in time for my previous stay. No words can express how fantastic that water taxi is compared to the buses.

Nice hotel. Rooms are a little tightly packed making it difficult for a wheelchair to maneuver freely. Pet friendly, but owners of pets should pick up after their dogs, especially in the hotel hallways. Nice pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Boat taxi 10 minutes from Universal Studios. All handicap accessible
