Extremely satisfied with my stay. My room was wonderful and had an amazing view. The parking garage was safe and guarded. The hotel bar was extremely nice as well as fun (yes I mean fun). I was even able to check in early, which of course is always a plus. The hotel is also conveniently located and I was able to get to the highway easily when needed but also walk to some local and nearby restaurants not too far away. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel and will be returning.

Second time staying at Loews and it was another great experience. The Room we stayed in this time was the Luxury 2 Queen Corner Suite, and wow the views of Downtown Kansas City were spectacular. The front desk staff are very patient, courteous, and professional. The housekeeping staff were very nice, considerate, and did a great job. If only I’d known there was a complimentary shoe shining service for 1 pair of shoes, I would’ve brought my Chelsea boots on the trip lol. One minor criticism would be the parking lot, some of the parking spot lines are a bit unrealistic. One of the only spots left was next to a structural support pillar, and it was very tight even for my compact car. I accidentally scraped my bumper reversing out of the spot. Not the biggest deal though. Comfortable beds, and really nice shower. We brought our own Haircare and Skincare items but the products provided by the hotel actually looked like they’d be good. The stay helped make the trip a great one. Thank you.

I am giving it 5 stars because the good parts outweighed the bad. The good was the assistance/help we found at the front desk. Ava and Nita went over, above and beyond in terms of customer service. I think everyone could learn from their example. The bad part was the lobby bar. It said it closed at 12 midnight. I showed up at 11:45pm and they said they were closed. My wife and I like to always finish the night off with a night cap at the hotel bar when they are available. We find it is nice, relaxing and enjoyable. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear to be the case here. I'd recommend staying out later, going somewhere else and then just heading back to your room since they close so early. I did mention this issue to Ava and she said she'd mention it to the manager. Hopefully they can make some changes/improvements here.

I was so impressed with how family friendly the hotel was! Was traveling on business with my small baby and husband along, the hotel had both wooden cribs and pack n plays, plus a baby bath tub to use during our stay. We got a fun Hello Bello welcome baby pack of wipes, shampoo and lotion too! Plus the front desk was amazing at helping with a freezer needed for traveling with milk. Highly recommend for both business and families. The conference rooms, staff and food as part of our company meetings were great as well.

Staying here was great! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfy and the room was quite spacious. Regarding amenities and dining, I loved the gym and the pool areas. The bar was beautiful and the food was great! Definitely will be staying here again :)

Stayed at this downtown hotel in Kansas City during a business trip. The hotel hosted a conference that I was attending and provided plenty of space and amenities for it. The hotel seemed very safe and although it was busy, I was never bothered while in my room. The rooms are standard and come with typical items like a refrigerator, coffee maker, iron/board, hair dryer, and toiletries. The staff was very nice and helpful during my stay as well. Overall, it was good and I would come back to this location again.

Visiting Kansas City from New Zealand with a friend and decided The Stillwell in Leows Hotel in downtown KC looked like a good place to eat. Perfect choice. Our server Janette was an absolute gem. Greeted with a smile, everything explained clearly. Not to pushy but attentive nonetheless. The chicken soup and Stillwell salad starters were very good. We both had the pork chop and fresh veges. I can quite honestly say that it was the best pork chop I have ever eaten. Perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was fantastic. We both had a wonderful evening. Thank you Janette and staff. Excellent job.

Wow! I was already extremely pleased by the staff, service, cleanliness, ambience and beautiful decor of the hotel, not to mention the quality coffee offerings & aesthetically-pleasing lobby bar AND rooftop bar (a hidden gem!💎). But, to be emailed within 2 hours of leaving in order to advise us that I’d left my sweater in our room is impressive, and proceeding to ship it to me in Los Angeles is incredible to say the least!! You guys deserve 10 stars out of 5 stars!! Thank you so very much for your stellar service.🙏🔥🩵 We were staying here because it is where this particular vet conference is hosted every year, but when I’m next in Kansas City I will certainly be choosing your wonderful property.
