This fountain not only will keep you kool in the summer heat but, you’ll never have to worry about judgmental staring from others.

A must-see place of the Purdue Campus. Sometime, energetic students cool themselves down here. Boiler up!

Safety first so.. kids were slipping and falling around the outside part of the fountain, so I would recommend they don't run. I'm not sure if the water burns the eyes. I saw lots of kids wearing goggles and I heard one kid say it burned their eyes, so maybe the kids with goggles have been there and know. Like I said, my kids didn't complain and I wasn't in it so I'm not sure. With that said, every single kid and even adults loved it! Occasionally you get to see the airplanes flying right over top, so that is cool. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend it. It was fun just watching my kids, cousin, and 2 adults in my group play in the water.

This is a wonderful fountain to bring kids to play in, much like a splash pad. There's not much shade, but plenty of seating space surrounding the fountain. Rather forceful sprayers, but still a very enjoyable place to play for all ages. Also, for people who don't want to get drenched, it's still a good choice to explore because the mist off the fountain is occasional and enjoyable.

Nice, open, public fountain where kids can play in the summer. Water doesn't run during the winter months, but when the sun shines and the weather is warm it's a great spot to relax and read a book

My kids love ruing through the water here, lots of fun!!

This is a beautiful place. The fountain is great for children. There are tables around with many trees, it is perfect for a picnic inside Purdue University.
