Staff very good. Traffic in area during summer can be highly congested and loud..I needed ear plugs. Resort did not have A/C but did have a fan that was effective with windows open. Lodging notfancy but adequate....pool facilities were good..Unit was a good value for the season.

They absolutely understand there is no air conditioning in rooms however, very clean, friendly, wonderful place and the kitchens are a huge bonus. No AC I turned on two fans and blew cool air through at night. It gave me a reason to get out and chat with folks.

The place is nice and clean rooms are big and clean, it was very disappointing that the rooms didn’t have ac it was very hot and all they provided us with were some fans which it was not enough, the WiFi was the worse it was super slow the front desk seemed upset when you have to call them and ask them to restock your room with new towels and toilet paper, poor tv channels. The location is great and very walkable.

2 Stars for a 2-star motel (at most). First off no AC!?!? $200-$400 a night and you can’t afford AC units?!? The internet is dial up speeds at best (don’t plan on Netflix or any streaming with internet from the late 90s). I didn’t even have to pay for the room and I feel ripped off.

This place may be a bit run down but the rooms are great and the place was clean. The people could have been a little more cheerful at check-in, but at least they were not rude. Just a smile would have been nice.

This is no luxury hotel, but if you want to feel like you're at home on vacation, this is the place. Full kitchen stocked with all the tools you need to cook a full course dinner. Hit up the Safeway near by and make yourself at home! Our room even had a dishwasher machine and a garbage disposal. The only thing that didn't work out was the bed pillows. I suggest bringing your own.

We were a group of four friends. Booked two adjacent rooms with shared living dining and kitchen space. Room is spacious and clean. Full kitchen with cooking utensils etc. Good water pressure in the shower. Heater works great - in fact we had to turn down the thermostat on arrival because it was too hot in the room. Close to Heavenly and many local restaurants. Will come back to stay here again in the future.

I had a free cancellation booking with them. I csncelled within 2 days, definitely in the timeframe. It has been over 2 months and they still have not returned my money.
