I have just started living here and all I can tell that this amazing! A gated community with amazing staffs who are always ready to help. The maintenance is also great and super fast! An apartment complex where you have access to so many amenities, got a TV in your own living space? Count me in! One thing that’s slightly an issue is not having a bus stop on our side. Other than that, I barely have any complaints.

Locale is a great place to live. You have your own bathroom and walk in closet which is very convenient. Common areas is furnished very nicely. Maintenance is usually pretty fast if you have a problem in your apartment. Walls are pretty thin so you can hear neighbors. I had an issue with parking, as there were no spots open at some points and I had to drive around for 30 minutes trying to find one. Buy a reserved spot, it is worth it. Otherwise I really loved this place!!!

Locale is great! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love having the pool, gym, and tanning to use. The Wi-Fi could be better and the walls are a little thin. Overall, I love living here! It is safe and clean.

I have been living at Locale for about 4 months now and have absolutely loved it!! One of my favorite things about Locale has been the study room with free black and white printing! It has come in handy for so many projects! I have already signed my lease for next year and can’t wait to use the pool and other amenities Locale offers this summer!!

I love living at Locale. The apartments themselves are great quality. Nice furniture, stainless steel appliances, and decent sized rooms. Having a personal bathroom is a plus as well! The staff and maintenance is A+ as well. I’ve never had an issue with either. Abby and Ben are the best! My only issue is that sometimes parking can be a bit frustrating at night. I work late nights and when I get home there’s not a single parking spot open for me and I’ll have to park across the street at Canvas guest parking :/

Great place to live, big closets and having a personal bathroom is nice. Pool and other amenities are wonderful when available. Only downside is parking at night, it’s difficult to find a spot without a reserved parking spot.

Communication is lacking, and addressing issues seems to be at the bottom of their priority list. Requests for assistance often fall on deaf ears, leaving residents frustrated and neglected. Parking Nightmare: Finding a parking spot is akin to searching for a needle in a haystack. The scarcity of parking spaces is exacerbated by the fact that the complex seems to have overlooked the necessity for adequate parking facilities. Be prepared to circle the lot endlessly or park far from your unit. Gate Woes: The so-called security gates are more of a decorative inconvenience than functional security features. They are perpetually out of order, rendering them utterly useless. If you were expecting a sense of safety and control, you'll be sorely disappointed. Pothole-Riddled Parking Lot: Navigating the parking lot is like participating in an obstacle course. Potholes are aplenty, and it's evident that maintenance is not a priority. This not only damages vehicles but also poses a safety risk to pedestrians. In conclusion, locale has proven to be a disappointing choice for anyone seeking a well-managed, secure, and aesthetically pleasing living environment. I strongly advise potential residents to explore other options that prioritize resident satisfaction and address these fundamental issues.
