Little gem! Great walks. Very uneven paths with lots of tree roots l, downed limbs, if you need to be aware of this. If you go off the main path into the smaller ones, you have some inclined to deal with also.
Off the main path is where the best views are. Sandy shorelines and great quiet spots to enjoy. The creeks are very shallow now but it's moving water.
Mosquitos are still out close to dusk.
Lots of squirrels eating walnuts, which are everywhere you look.
Pileated woodpeckers are also in abundance.
Plenty of shade.
Take a water bottle and some unrushed time and you will enjoy the walk...good wandering around the woods and at the waters.
Bridges have good views and smooth walking. No stairs to navigate.
Restrooms are clean and right at the parking lot.
Parking lot is small. One handicap spot.
If you are in a wheelchair or scooter, you can make it with time, caution and paying attention.
Pups seem to enjoy their outings here 🐕...people pick up after them nicely. There are poop bags provided and trash cans along the main path. Thanks for picking up after your furry friend!
This is a non manicured park, it's left in it's great natural, wild condition, which is perfect. Brambles and thorny vines, uneven terrain, traffic sounds come through but easily fall into the background.
Enjoy!
✌️ Have fun...get out there with Nature!
Very nice place for a walk. If you like nature, this is really pretty! You can walk down by the creek and listen to the water, very relaxing!
Awesome little trail! The creek is beautiful! Parking is limited but you can park on 8th and cross the street!
Great place to visit with your dogs on leash.
Tree covered paths and creeks to enjoy while ypu explore
A great trail down a creek with many path offshoots for exploring. Little parking at the entrance, so park near 8th st.
Loblolly Woods is amazing! The trail is very well kept and though it doesn’t run for long, it branches out so you can venture through a lot of the area. Walk by the river and try to spot fishes or otters, there’s even a swamp/moat area I thought was pretty cool. The trail is about ~1 mile but you can spend an hour to an hour and a half easily just looking at all the landscape has to offer.
Great place! My Dane and I loved it and will be back! Nice nature scenery with squirrels, birds, and all kinds of wonderful foliage 💜 we went during the afternoon and it was perfect. Great trails!!
I’ve enjoyed hiking here with my dog. It’s a convenient location right in town. Just be sure to bring bug spray in the summer months. It is has a bit of a mosquito problem that can make or break a good hike.

A peaceful place to sit at in the evening and night. In the afternoon you can hear the chants of "Hare Rama, Hare Krishna" by the Krishna Lunch folks. They even play on a Harmonium sometimes. Well maintained park. I have spotted a snake there twice s
Nice little walking path. Itâs not too long, so i wouldnât consider it a work out. But i enjoyed seeing a bunch of tiny frogs everywhere and learning about some native plants
The beautiful example of an aged Live Oak, is the largest example in the entire state of Florida. A breathtaking living giant that is over 30 feet in diameter, 85+ feet tall, and its branches reach out so far one even had to be supported. This "park"
Stopped by here and walked the whole thing in about an hour and a half. Peaceful, quiet, and easy to walk. It wasn't too busy either. My only concern is how slippery the plywood(located on some parts of the bridge at the entryway of the parking area
Beautiful park with a shaded playground! Lots of picnic tables under the trees and pavilion, a sand area with tons of communal toys, and an open field for throwing a ball or frisbee. Great experience!
Green tree Park is very nice, neat and clean. Parks and recreation just needs to empty trash cans a little more often so that over the weekends they're not full.
If you have dogs, You must take them to Forrest Park!Today they had their grand opening, and the dog park is AMAZING. The best dog park in town for sure! They even have a professional dog wash station! The park is HUGEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!! Lots of spac
Since August, roughly 4 months, I have been going to AXIS and I am humbled and grateful for the amazing trainers here! I spent 45 years building bad habits and ignoring fitness, when I finally had some success on my own I learned that effort without
