JR fixed literally every problem I’d had since moving in and then some! When everyone else told me my doorbell couldn’t work and I had to buy a new one, when I was told my garage door couldn’t be added, when I was told my lock couldn’t be programmed!! JR did it all and within an hour! He was nice, on time, and extremely professional. I can’t sing his praises enough!

My motion sensor did not work properly which caused my alarm to go off twice while I was out of the country. Police was dispatched. When I returned home, I had a nice fine waiting for me because the alarm was not registered. LNKE didn't inform me of this as a new home owner. Kristina was very unprofessional and talked over me through out the entire conversation. She blamed my HOA for not telling me to register. When I went to the site to register the alarm, they are not even listed. I'm left to pay for a fine caused by a fault sensor and no communication from the company. I do not recommend their services.

My MacBook was acting strange and it keeps on turning off. Been trying to have it fixed in our local computer repair shop however all my files were gone after they fixed it. It seems like the hard drive failed but good thing LINK Technologies Inc was there to save the day. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I really had a good experience with them. They have by far the best customer service that I ever had encountered.

JR at LNKE is very professional and knowledgeable. Appreciate his time and am thankful for LNKE Technologies here in the ATL area.

THe tech was fantastic! I highly recommend him!!!I'd give him another star if possible.Was on time and did a great job to setup our computer.Thank you.
