The only good thing about this park is the location. The roads are the pits getting here though. The owners & management only worry about theirselves and their pocketbook. They don’t try to improve the park by supporting the residents. Don’t waste your money coming here.

5 years ago this was a 5 but now it is a 3. Expensive, extra charges on top of your lot fee for a lot of things that where included before. Not as well maintained. Pools, hot tubs out of order often. Golf course not worth the major price hike . The event center more for renters then residents. Residents go to dances etc. at other parks. More reasonable and held on weekends not in the middle of the week. Very, Very sad. Our 16th winter there is our last.

They have a three legged dog here that recently had puppies, who is starving to death. No one here has ANY compassion for her at all. There is something wrong with this picture! If they are so great, why do they offer no assistance for man’s best friend? They are in it for the money! Don’t let their smiling faces fool you. I am disgusted at their lack of compassion.

Great place to see new things and meet new people

One of the best 55 and over RV resort. Great atmosphere! Very friendly and helpful personnel!

At present we are still here and enjoying this RV resort and all its amenities. We've come for three years in a row and it's always been a good experience. Warning: They are charging a $25 service fee. We have been charged that very odd fee twice now since we extended our visit.

We went to see Retro Rockers they told us they were like The Fabulous Cruisers. Not even close We left after about 45 minutes. What a waste of $10.00 & there were 8 of us!!! They sucked!!!
