My parents know how obsessed I am with the Lizzie Borden murders and this whole case so when I was coming to visit we had to take a tour at her house!! It was sooo cool! Karen, our tour guide, did an amazing job at sharing information and stories and nice tidbits along the way! She was very patient with me in asking all of my questions and answering them! She let us take our time getting pictures and wandering through the rooms. She was very knowledgeable and a great story teller! I loved coming to a place with all this crazy history! Thank you all for making this tour such a fun one!

Took a tour of the house a few days ago and had a great time. The tour guide (whose name I have forgotten) did an excellent job as a guide. She was not only very informative, but she was also very lively and continually engaged with the group - you could really tell that she enjoys this. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a bit of local history and have the ~1.5 hour to kill.

I really enjoyed my stay in the Bridget Sullivan room! It's on the third floor and shares a bath with two other guest rooms and a small common lounge area. The room itself is quaint, and more spacious than I had anticipated. The central a/c kept things nice and cool, and there was also a fan in the room. The full-sized bed was very comfy, and the quilt (which looked hand-sewn) was lovely. The room had some delightful decorative touches, including photos of Bridget and her husband (coincidentally also having the last name of Sullivan) in their golden years. We were encouraged to make use of the kitchen. A couple of things to note which, while they were no issue for me on this trip, may be important for others. There are lots of windy stairs, you're sharing a bathroom with potentially 2 other rooms, and there are no exterior locks on the doors (but they do lock from inside). I don't know if we could have obtained an exterior lock as we didn't ask. We enjoyed meeting and chatting with the other guests either during the house tour or while we were relaxing in the dining room later on so the lack of locks didn't feel uncomfortable. I don't like shared baths, but it was worth it for one night to stay here. I wasn't a fan of the neighborhood and wouldn't have felt safe walking alone at night. I'm comfortable on my own in large cities, but am not used to having people beep at me and yell things like "you're gonna get axed" out of their car windows. I suppose it comes with the territory, but I'm glad we were able to get a parking spot in back of the b&b and didn't have to go to the parking garage. If you're interested in the Lizzie Borden story, it's well worth staying here for a night!

We had such an amazing time, our guide told the history and the story of Lizzie so well. I would recommend this tour over and over. We didn’t stay at the B&B we just did the tour. The town also has an historic district and see all the old houses was really fun.

Recently took a house tour here with Jack as our guide. He was wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable, entertaining and with a great sense of humor, he kept us engaged for the whole time! He also could answer any and all questions that any guests had with ease. Definitely worth it and we will be back some time for the ghost tour!

Took the house tour during the day at the ghost hunt at night. Karen, our house tour guide, was awesome! She made it a fun, spooky, and informative experience. Ashley lead our ghost hunt in the evening and things were bustling all night! She made the experience really interesting and fun! Would recommend for anyone who loves the spooky things in life. Will definitely go back! As soon as I find a friend willing to stay the night with me!

We toured the Lizzie Borden House on Labor Day weekend. Karen was our tour guide. She’s wonderful! This was probably the best home tour we have ever done! It wasn’t just a quick walk-through, don’t touch anything type of tour. Karen made us feel so welcome and made the tour awesome, sharing history about the house, the Bordens, and the town. We want to go back and spend the night!

First of all, it was very easy to get to just a minute or two off the highway. We went to the gift shop and bought T-shirts, board game, magnets and more! Our tour guide was a young man in his early 20s. He was fantastic! I never knew half of the things he told us and it was very informative. He was probably the best tour guide I’ve ever had. We also toured the basement and he shared some personal scares that he’s encountered while working in that house. I did not stay in the room so I cannot give a review on that but I fully recommend going in this tour and grab something to take with you at the gift shop!

I've been here for food before which is usually good but I tried the vegan desserts recently and they were gooood. The cinnamon roll is definitely different but still rich in flavor and I will easily buy it again. The lemon blueberry poppyseed scone
