This place is a consistent 5-star spot in my book. I've stayed here before, and lately, several close friends and family members have also frequented this place. The staff here consistently impress me with their professionalism and respect. They handle any issues smoothly and have pleasantly surprised me with their calm and understanding response to a situation that wasn't their fault. Aside from the fantastic staff, the continental breakfast is a must-try! My loved ones absolutely adore the biscuits and gravy. They offer an extensive spread, including toast, bagels, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, a variety of juices, milk, fruits, and yogurt. It's a feast worth experiencing during your stay here!

This was by far the best hotel that I have been in in a while. The front desk people were so nice and pleasant, The rooms were very clean, And I just love the ambiance. And what was a plus for me was that they Had a smoking section for smokers, and it was so comfortable. There was nothing I did not like about this hotel it was great. I was even told by one of my guests that stayed at the Hilton that it was better than the Hilton. From the time I walked in there to the time I left. It was so welcoming. If I could give it ten stars, I would. I would definitely be returning. I was definitely a happy camper. But one thing I will suggest is that they put heating lamps in the smoking section. Melody takes good care of this place. Everyone at the front desk is excellent and Jerome is great! I feel safe here 95 percent. Martha is exelente at breakfast cheerful and helpful. the breakfast is above average.|The staff works very hard to keep everything clean and orderly. There are washers and dryers and I can't ask for more. I am very thankful for the people that work here are all excellent and I like the area as I'm getting closer to my home.

The beds were great!!! Also the shower is huge love it!!! But the best part of the stay was how amazing Keyla at the front desk my family and I where having the worst day and she made the day great for us she was able to check us in early and after having to sleep in our car the night prior due to a booking mess up she is an angle she was kind and no questions asked when she herd what happens and got us right in to a room so we could lay the baby down and made sure we had what we needed so a big thank you to. keyla you are the best!!!!!!

I reserved this hotel for my wedding. I would not recommend booking this place for a large scale event. The hotel manager told us that we had to pay for any rooms that weren't reserved by our guests. That didn't seem right, so we contacted their corporate manager who told us that is not true. When my guests started arriving the staff (no fault of their own) stated that the hotel was "overbooked" and there were not rooms for them even though they had already booked a room. There was only 1 towel per room, and when I and other guests asked for more we were told they needed to wash more. It took until 11pm that night to get another towel. I like the price, location, and decent rooms. But the service/management and organization are highly lacking.

The rooms are nothing super fancy, but we were in town for a quick overnight trip so we didn't need/want anything super fancy or expensive. The floors seemed to be a bit damp on our room. Not sure if this was due to recent humidity or maybe they had been recently cleaned. It did not effect our stay at all....we are shoe wearers in hotels :) The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast variety was great. Not to mention the beautiful area to eat in! The price was great and the location perfect for every where we needed to go. The rooms were also very quiet!

Although the front desk person was amazing... The broken toilet seat and bed that appeared as a sinking pit one would need a rope to climb out of. In an accessible room, both are unacceptable. There is no way a handicapped person can use the shower without a shower chair. Spacious and very clean, but accessibility is not understood here.

Only stayed one night here. Overall, it's great but it's very difficult to sleep in. I understand the hotel itself doesn't have control over the behavior of the guests. Squealing children, barking dog who's owner was yelling at it to shut up, slamming doors, kids running through the hallway. Got woken up multiple times starting at around 5am due to other guest noises.
