NEVER SHOP HERE! I’m telling everyone I know!!! Visited this store (twice) today, and had the worst experience- with both customer service and product quality. I was given a different rug, so I came back to notify them, by showing photos of the tag and rug image while at the store, and after it got home. At the store, the sales lady and I both thoroughly looked the rug over and only saw a couple little snags on it but nothing else. When I got it home, there is a HUGE dark stain on it. The tags from when I took the photo at the store to when I got it home are also drastically different! (In photos). The tag on the product after I picked it up said “not sellable.” Really??!! Why would you give me this rug? I waited 30 minutes to see a manager named Tyler, who told me if the tags were in fact different, they would refund my money to me. I got the rug tag out of the car, which was in fact different. He spoke to another manager, Nick for several minutes with their backs to me, came over and said he could give me 10% discount from the price, since the rug was listed “as is,” even though the rug I was given was not the one I signed for. This whole process took over an hour. I notified Nick that I would trade in the rug I had for another rug, the one I actually saw and wanted. He said ok, he would look for it, and when I said “oh, so you do have that one in the back,” he changed back to saying I could have 10% discounted from the price I paid. I now have a rug with a HUGE dark stain on it.

I brought my mom in because she wanted a new living room sets. There were multiple choices and multiple fabrics that we could choose from which we liked. With the guidance of Lucy, we ate able to honed in on one that we really liked. As we were closing out the sale, I realized that the size of the couch might not fit properly in our apartment. Lucy was so understanding and she guided us on how to go home to measure to ensure it fit properly. She even sent us home pictures and the exact dimensions of the setup of how the couch would look in our living room. Unfortunately, the couch that my mom originally picked did not fit and we had to go back the following day to pick out a whole new set. Lucy was there with a bright smile ready to help us again. We were able to get the couch that my mom loved and I owe all of that to Lucy. She is extremely thoughtful, patient, knowledgeable about the products that in Living spaces. One thing I really liked was she was not trying to push one thing on us. She really wanted us to love what we were going to buy. It was for sure a rollercoaster, but I'm so happy, Lucy was there in control and guiding us throughout the whole process.

Went in & was amazed with Lysette customer service skills. She was polite,professional & very knowledgeable with her job . I saw what I wanted & she showed me the item, told me everything about it & all the warranties that was offered . Did the paperwork and will be delivered tomorrow, I was in & out within 30 minutes. Thank you Lynette I really appreciate your help!!!

Debbie, was polite and well knowledgeable of the product. She understood my needs and had all the correct answers. She was not pushy and was not trying to rush me. We sat and discussed the sectional sofa I was looking at. While I proceeded to ask every detail you could ever imagine and even explaind to me the warranty process and what the coverage actually instells. Would highly recommend the Rancho store vs the not so friendly individuals over at the La Miranda store which made me just walk out. Find Debbie and you’ll be set!

We have made multiple purchases at Living Spaces, sometimes having it delivered and sometimes picking up from the warehouse ourselves. Each interaction, both with sales and the warehouse has been easy. In our recent visit we were assisted by Naomi. She is friendly and patient, and we were under no pressure at all but her product knowledge helped us make a good choice. Living Spaces is our first stop when considering new furniture.

I bought a couch and kitchen table. Henry was awesome! He was patient, showed us multiple things we said we were interested in and honestly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and get what I wanted. Henry made it super easy and I’m glad he was the one to help us :)
