If you are looking for a #saltwaterfishstore that has the perfect balance of #fish #corals #supplies #customerservice and clean store this is it. I have been to every store in Central FL and will drive to the opposite side of town to this one for my reefing needs. The owners are passionate about the hobby and no question is treated as a dumb question. The fish are healthy, tanks are clean, and prices are affordable. Just purchased 2 Torches for a little under 200..They have reasonable pricing also I do believe that their coral frag‘s are a bit larger than what you would normally get at other places which gives you a little bit more bang for your buck

So after checking out all of the other LFS around Orlando I finally had the opportunity to check out living reef and I definitely saved the best for last. I was impressed right away with the layout and how the shop was set up. The ease of browsing their inventory was also awesome since everything is laid out right in front of you. Their tanks were miticulosly maintained and very Clean. All of the livestock I saw seemed happy and healthy unlike another shop I have been to recently. Of course the biggest thing is pricing which seemed like it was better than most in the area. I am definitely going back and I think this just became my new go to place for my reef. I wish I hadn't waited this long to get over there!

In 2017 I visited the store 3 times. I received poor service all three times. I kept coming back because I continued to hear how great they were. I am not sure if it was just bad timing or what. One time they had just got a shipment, one time they were doing water changes, and one time was after the hurricane. Regardless I was not treated like a customer should be.They have some beautiful corals. One of the items I did buy was suppose to be a bounce mushroom. I was told the vesicles would grow in. It has been almost a year and they haven't. I had given one star because feel I was mislead and have not got what I paid for, a mushroom with vesicles. The owner did reach out to me and said that the poor service I received was before he had bought the store. He also say what I got is a bounce mushroom just without the vesicles. That is the reason I raised my rating. I have bought coral corals and they died yet I still rated the store 5 stars. To me this is different. I ask specifically if this mushroom would grow the vesicles that people expect to see when you say bounce mushroom. I was told it would and until it does I will be disappointed every time I look at it.

Lots of coral. And I mean a LOT. There's also a good selection of fish, shrimp and crabs. You can get live rock too, make orders online, or walk in. The staff are really helpful and will give advice based on your setup. There's even a huge tank when you walk in as a display piece
