It’s unfortunate when the teacher’s energy is negative. Walked in 15min early, met Holly. She said no walk-ins, sign up online. Then she told me to go home because she didn’t want me in the space while I did online signup. There was nothing warm or friendly in her demeanor. She even chided me for putting my keys down on the front desk as she began setting it up to be an altar. Ok that’s understandable, I had no idea, didn’t need the negative tone though. I asked if she was deliberately discouraging me from signing up today. She said yes. When I got home, I found the course was suddenly closed. I get it, she was busy preparing for her class. She didn’t want students in the way. I greeted her with a smile, I was interested in taking a class. She was clearly not interested in welcoming new students. Been practicing for years, never met a teacher like that. It’s obviously a single star experience.

Great class and I definitely recommend!! Stopped in as a ClassPass user and will definitely make this a regular workout. The class size was smaller than I’m used to at 11 but the space was very homey and accommodating. The instructor was clear and helpful but also not over-correcting. Overall favorite yoga space in the city!

they should probably put "vaccine only" requirement on their site and specify that they are not going by the regular federal regulations of a negative COVID test being an acceptable option. Holly was very rude about it. Probably dodged a bullet in missing the class. Doesn't seem to be too accepting of diversity here. Gave it 2 stars because the class I attended with Erica the day prior was pleasant. It is frustrating to have paid for 3 classes that I cannot use.

This is a such a beautiful space to practice yoga. Zoe was an amazing teacher. The flow was fun and had a playful (not too serious) vibe. I will definitely be back!

Great facility. It’s a small studio. Although it seemed to be a full class, it wasn’t overcrowded. Instructor was involved and even participated in the workout. It was a thorough and challenging class. Thank you, Live Oak. Namaste.

I've been to several of the Vinyasa Flow classes taught by Erica and Holly. Both offer modifications (I'm a newbie), are knowledgeable, and are very encouraging as well as approachable/friendly if there are questions. Not to mention the location here is prime! Very satisfied yogi here.

Live Oak is my place of zen for a hectic work week. I have taken classes with all of the teachers and they are fantastic. The studio is clean, calm, and inviting. The teachers are knowledgeable, offer modifications and or adjustments if needed and have really helped me to become a yogi. Namaste ya'll:)
