This place really sucks. Management don’t understand English that well. The rooms suck. My air conditioner didn’t properly work and the hot water ran out fast. And they have no human compassion for people. They try to be strict with smoking cigarettes but it’s people here that be smoking weed out side and they say nothing. This place just takes your money and when you are a few ours late for the payment they put you out with a smile, literally. I would never recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

First off they have beg bugs like an infestation. As soon as you mention it too them they put you out and put you on a DNR LIST ( do not rent ) the Hispanic manager lied and told me she would give me another room prolonging the situation if she would have told me sooner that they were not going too give me another room then I would’ve better prepared myself too move instead they wait too the day of check out and told me I can’t get a new room or renew with them ever again off of there mistake failing too maintain the room by spraying anything.. How we were treated is insane as well they only want money. We moved out today. They don’t check there beds I can guarantee there’s more rooms with bed bugs . Went too the doctor and they confirmed it was bed bug bites my son was getting ate up and nothing was done We have all the proof , recordings of conversations EVERYTHING! Best believe you guys will be sued I’m gonna make it my destiny too sue you guys

The way the manager is trying not to get caught up is crazy this hotel is very much infested and she does not do everything she can all she does is lie and make money off black people which I’m starting to think she’s racist just because we are black don’t mean we like roaches. My room had them in the closet and the refrigerator was filled with them!?

Room infested in roaches all in the bed behind the bed in the closet inside the refrigerator in the sink like it’s nasty and folks not getting paid till it’s fixed you we get another room or they don’t charge it’s unacceptable and they move at they own pace not when you go down and need them I do not recommend if you have kids or is old

I will take the initiative to call the Clayton County Fire Department and Code Enforcement because my elderly family members have been staying here for over 60 days, and the elevators have been out of service. This motel/extended stay facility earns enough to fix the elevators for both guests and long-term residents. Elevators, especially for those with disabilities, must be a priority and need to be repaired immediately.

Management has been great and works well with people! I cant want to recommend this place to my family!

Horrible. I would give negative -1 review if I could. Bed begs and roaches, biting my brother up everywhere. Heater didn't work unless you held plug at certain angle, everything is so dusty and dirty. Bathroom door doesn't close properly so no privacy. The water was off for a brief moment due to some issues I guess and when it came back on, kitchen sink water was brown. This stay has made me and my siblings utterly miserable, only semi-good thing was the TV having YouTube to watch to keep them occupied.

Well I have been sitting outside for an hour and a half this hotel has no security or no after-hour support so I cannot get into my room please do not stay at this hotel it is the absolute worst it is after 8:00 I am still locked out of my room I don't know where to be found I don't know if I should call 911 so I can get into my room or not at this point of course there's no security and there's nobody on site so I'm just not sure
