Sadat & Seirra were amazing! They went over & beyond to help us get into our rooms early & they also helped to clear up a mistake that was done to our reservations…Not any mistakes by them though.||Additionally. The rooms were very clean, beautiful and I had an amazing view! I will definitely visit again!
We stayed at the Live Casino/Hotel for the first time this past Monday. We had an excellent experience. Isaiah was amazing. He told us the best room rates and actually gave us an upgrade to a suite at a very reasonable discount. He also was terrific in assisting with booking a reservation at the Prime Rib Restaurant (see separate review) and even let them know it was my wife birthday so we could celebrate. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and beyond spacious. Please see the attached pictures. The only complaint I could possibly have was that the showerhead was not functioning properly. The Center Bar was beautiful, the entertainment(Modern Mixtape Duo) was terrific and the drinks were reasonably priced. We did not play any games or slots, but the casino floor was beautiful. I would wholeheartedly recommend going for an overnight stay. It was a great getaway for my wife and I. Again, my kudos to Isaiah Nelson for making our stay beyond worthwhile and memorable.
When I arrived we needed a wheelchair or a scooter. The security staff was very helpful and friendly. Once we reached reservations the staff was very friendly and helpful with special accommodations. Check in was fast and then we decided to go eat at The Sports Bar and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. So overall it was the perfect date night. The atmosphere and the music at the bar was great. So we truly enjoyed ourselves. We will be returning once the room rates become more affordable.
Great location - easy to get from many different locations. Love that parking is free!! Many other casinos should follow suit considering the money amounts people gamble inside. A few bar choices, a food court of sorts with Termini's Bakery & other favorite regional foods. S&S (social n sports) restaurant inside is my favorite place to eat terrific diverse menu - never had a bad meal and great, friendly, service. It can get loud when games are playing on the many TVs. The round bar on the casino floor is mostly libations, not food. I play slots and have had many winning times - more than the AC casinos I've gone to.
It's starting to gain some popularity with me. I'm glad to see that unlike rivers casinos. Those of us who just go in and want to play a little hand roulette can actually play dollar chips. Nice setup although it could use a little bit more late night food options
We arrived on 12/27 checking out on 12/28. We were able to eat at Geno Steaks, Play slots, win and have fun. The staff was amazing and everyone was so friendly. We asked if we could have a few bottles of water and they delivered 6 bottles. This hotel is clean, professional and pleasant. Amy in the rewards desk was super friendly. The bed was comfortable, towels and wash cloths plush soft. Convienant Parking was a breeze in the garage.
The customer service/rewards desk employee was amazing, incredibly helpful and nice! Another cool perk is how they will reimburse the toll for the bridge! The only reason why I have given 4 stars was because for the entire 2 hours spent there I was never able to get a drink. Other casinos I have been to had a button to request a waiter/tress but that "service" button calls a maintenance technician for the slot machine. The employee who responded to the call said they would send a server to me but one never came unfortunately. Besides that negative experience everything else was great.
My friend and I stayed here before a concert at a|nearby arena. The hotel was very clean and|modern with a very nice casino. All of the|employees in the hotel and casino were very|helpful. There was a nice selection of restaurants|within the hotel and casino. Taxis were always|available very quickly. I would stay here again.

I booked a queen room with city view. Was upgraded to a king upon check in, great! Not great: the view was an apartment building. The bed was so hard and stiff that we woke up sore and not well rested. The room was so stifling hot that we had to use
