Employees are friendly and courteous. My host is the very best. He keeps me informed of events. He is reliable and responsive. I have been going to this Casino for many years. First to the Loft and then to the current location after the hotel opened. where Live offered accommodation combined with the Casino. I've had one not-pleasant occasion recently and am pleased to say it was handled most satisfactorily.

This is probably my 1st time I've giving 5 stars in all categories to any hotel but I have to be honest. This hotel is very nice, customer service was great as soon as I walked in thanks to Carolyn and Rossland. The location is perfect, everything you need is in walking distance. The rooms are nice and we had a nice view. It is also located within 5 min from the airport which make it that more convenient.

While this feels like a luxury hotel when you enter, with amazing looking rooms, there are some challenges with some of the rooms. The AC units are noisy, and I had a challenge with mine making noise even when turned off. The shower control handle kept slipping, making the water hotter! The hot water stopped while I was trying to fill my sink. I asked for these to be fixed, but ended up moving rooms. Staff are friendly, but unless you want the casino or the mall, it's pretty much away from anything.

Well when we where there this time we had to move from the hotel to another hotel that they accommodated because they were fixing the fire sprinkler system and it is illegal for visitors to stay in an establishment that has trouble with the sprinkler system because the place could burn down if the system was not up to par. Everyone had to leave and the hotel staff but us up in another hotel. But we played at the casino and enjoyed it there was lots of machines open very clean and we enjoyed our stay and will stay again despite the issues.

This casino should be sold to another group. The high roller room, everyone is hogging the machines playing 5 dollar bet. Change the name to The low roller room. The high roller player that is willing place a $50 bet or higher is getting ripped off. How can a player playing a $5 dollar bet hit a bonus for $1450.. and a player playing a $50 bet hit a bonus and get a payout of $330. Md Live is a ripped off. They taken advantage of everyone in the MD/DC/VA area. Do not waste your time going there giving them your hard earn money. I know it gambling, it come with wins and losses. Here is what I know. I play the same bets at MGM High Roller room, at the national harbor, and hit bonuses for 10k plus. Playing the same bets at MD Live, I am leaving empty handed. You have been warned... If you a low roller or high roller.. go to the MGM or head to Vegas or Florida... but stay away from MD Live

MdLive is a great local option for entertainment. It's perfectly placed adjacent to the Arundel Mills mall and also within walking or short driving distance to restaurants and other shopping areas. MdLive has made several changes since its inception. They've added on a new hotel and constructed additional parking. I'm local so I haven't needed to use the hotel amenities so I can't comment on them. They've also made changes to the restaurant options. There's a new floor layout that better accommodates player reward services. They've most recently opened up the club/bar area to now include a new sports betting area; very nice I might add! I'm certain there are even more changes, but I'm just keeping it simple. If you frequent the casino you know what I'm talking about, but if you haven't been there in awhile go check it out. I'm pretty sure you'd give it a thumbs up as well. I would just like to see the elevator and the respective loading areas better maintained. It's one of the first and last thing people see when arriving or leaving. Seems like a simple thing to do to make a good and lasting impression. That's my 2 cents. Oh yeah, How about those Ravens!!! Slots are not very loose, lost some money in this place. Spoke to some locals and they said the same thing. The casino four is big it's very nice. There are several restaurants on the ground, so if you wanna go eat, this would be a good place to go .

So been here a few times always great until tonight. Received a text saying I had to switch rooms report to the front desk. Got there and I was told to hang out until they find me another room off property. Like really been waiting for a while now. Ready to relax and maybe lay down soon but they don't know when or where they will find a room. Very inconvenient.Now I have to drive to another hotel for the night but don't know when that will be. Spent thousands of dollars here now I might have to stay and a random place. Not happy at all!!
