Little Woodrow's Lubbock - Sports bar in Lubbock - 6313 66th St, USA

I was in town for work and looking for a place to watch Monday Night Football. When I walked in there were a ton of seating (3 different large areas) and a ton of TVs. It was quite but you could tell this would be a fun place on a weekend. I had ordered the chicken quesadilla which had a lot of cut up chicken in it and plenty of cheese. It also had a nice buttery taste. I also grabbed 6 of the bone in hot habanero wings which were big in size and coated with plenty of sauce. When I am back in town I will definitely be back!

The service was excellent. Waitress was friendly, attentive, and provided awesome service. Food was above average. Ordered wings and a burger. The atmosphere was rad for Monday Night football. The semi outdoor/indoor vibe really creates an awesome atmosphere. Cool place to go watch football!

Our waitress Morgan was great!! Very informative and helpful with the menu and drink options, checked on our table frequently, always greeted us with a smile and gave the best service! Woodrow's has a great atmosphere for friends and family. 10/10

Went on a Tuesday before Thanksgiving and I expected atmosphere to be tame, but servers and other staff were unmotivated and disinterested. Asked for coffee (for a Bailey's and coffee or an Irish coffee) apparently that's not a thing? Odd in the cold part of the state! Nonetheless, margaritas were on special up sized, didn't get that. One person in our party ordered a dos XX, 15 minutes later he had to go to the bar and get it himself (with only 6 to 7 tables occupied) another person in our party ordered a vodka and club soda and was served a single tall without being asked if that's what they wanted or specifically ordering it that way, so watered down. Server not doing their best to sell more or increase their tab.... So like I said , unmotivated. It was my first time there so I was disappointed. I always give places another chance for better service, or better servers because it can be an off day. I will try again.

Absolutely love ELLIE! She has made every visit amazing. She’s the only server I’ll sit with after having a few bad experiences. She’s super sweet and checks on you regularly.

It was cool , but come on nobody or no place gets a five star !! No place gives me an out of body experience so why do you establishments think you get a five star !!! When I left you didn't make me any richer or a millionaire so tell us why you think you get a five star ! Yeah it isn't going to happen . But a cool place !

Went there on a Tuesday afternoon just wanting to watch some sports and get some food and drinks. I showed them my id. They proceeded to take it for 5 minutes and show it to pretty much every member of the staff. When they returned, they told me that they couldn’t accept my real LEGAL New Mexico id as it was “too flimsy to be real.” This doesn’t make much sense as I had been there a few months before and had no problem. They refused to scan my id or ask me questions about it to prove it’s authenticity. Very disappointing and I hope you guys do better for your customers in the future.

Last weekend a bartender told my 21 yr old brother not to get back in her line until he learned how to tip.( my brother being new to bar culture didn’t know this was customary esp for someone who just took the cap off a bottle). This evening our entire group of 5 was asked to leave because a bartender made our order wrong and a member of our group told her. This pissed her off and she said “I don’t have to smile while making your drink” and so after the member of our group made a comment about her service affecting her tip she called security on all of us. I know that those girls work off tips but decent service would be nice. As for the waitress my bf and I had at our table she was amazing and usually the ladies walking around always are. Tips are a formality not mandatory so as someone who’s worked in customer service for 13+ years good service on the job should be a formality as well if you’re wanting a good tip.
