Little V Vietnamese Bistro - Vietnamese restaurant in Katy - 4031 FM 1463, USA

We noticed that TX is filled with Vietnamese restaurants, and this stands out to us as one of the most flavorful while being very affordable. I would deem this as our new go-to due until something else comes along. I would consider this an all-time high point for Vietnamese food. Vietnamese coffee was very unique, where it was brewed and completed in front of you. Pho was plentiful with the noodles, and broth was delicious. The fried spring rolls were a bit different, it's good, just different in taste. The sticky rice with mango was delicious, but unfortunately, the mango could have been a little bit more ripe. Highly recommended eatery!

I took my family out around 8.15pm for a late dinner. We were greeted by the host and seated by the glass window. We ordered two appetizers and four main courses. It took almost 30 mins for the fried spring roll and the coconut shrimp to come out. There were four table who were there before us and two more table for two who came after us. They served their appetizer before us. We have to wait around 5-10 minutes before our main course. When we had our appetizer, they did not give us sharing plates. We finally got our main course and asked the runner for an extra plate but he forgot to bring the plate to us. There is still an opportunity for them to give their customer a better service.

For my birthday, I visited this restaurant with my kids and once again they exceeded my expectations. Our server was very attentive and the food was prepared quickly and was fresh. My personal favorite dish was the vermicelli shaking beef, and the spring rolls were also very delicious. I also appreciated the free dessert spoon they gave us at the end. I highly recommend this place and hope they continue to maintain their high standards.

I am a fan of Pho, and thankfully, Katy TX has many options to chose from. In my opinion, Little V Vietnamese Bistro is among the best. The restaurant looks more upscale than most other Pho places. The food is presented in a beautiful way and is really tasty. If you like Pho, I highly recommend giving the Little C Vietnamese Bistro a try.

It’s so good! I love the mango salad and the tofu spring rolls. Their tofu is fried when you order and it makes a difference. When ever we suggest Little V’s to friends or family, they always agree. We have family in Austin who come visit and insist on going here. Always a good choice!

Very good Vietnamese restaurant in a strip mall location - fresh ingredients and great service. Generous portion sizes at a reasonable price. However, the dishes are less savory than I'd expect from Vietnamese cuisine, presumably adjusted for Texan palettes. Will ask for "normal" traditional spices on next visit. Recommended when in the area.

Don’t take living in Houston for granted. Once you leave this city, finding Virtnamese food this good is rare!!! This is AUTHENTIC Vietnamese food. The meats are thoroughly seasoned - while not being overpowering. The curry is insanely complex and flavorful without being distracting. Customer service is to-the point and efficient. Eat here if you’re in the area and wanna try something new or find your new favorite restaurant. Highly recommended.
