This place is definitely a gem! The drinks, the food, and the atmosphere are unmatched at any other place in Manhattan. Our server, Jordan, recommended the best choices for each course, and he nailed it! Each entrée had the perfect portion size, topping, and the hot cheesy potato salad was especially savory! I will definitely make a trip to this place every time I'm in town. Cheers!
After going to college in Manhattan already for three years, my dad found this spot while visiting and I'll definitely be a regular from now on. Our waiter, LA (I think) was hilarious and awesome, the food and drinks were fantastic, and it was like the whole place had soul -- and that was a night they didn't have live music playing. LA was hugging regular customers on there way in and share with us the story of the owner who has since passed. Such a good food spot!!
The staff, the atmosphere and the food are always incredible. This was not our first time here, but it was my parents, and they /we absolutely loved it. I would highly recommend this amazing Manhattan gem.
Nice customer service. Food was not as flavorful as authentic Jamaican food. No spice at all. coconut shrimp and sauce was ok.
Good food I tried the Jerk Chicken and Rib and from the looks of the menu other things I would love to try and they look even more delicious but I wanted to start with the standard. Nice people 😌

It was alright. Frequented here 10+ years ago and had to come back for a funeral. Gathered up a group to go back and feel like it was just kind of meh. Nowhere near as good as it used to be, unfortunately.
Jerked chicken and pork, aka double trouble, was perfection. Get the salsa on the side if you don't do spicy. Hot cheesy potato salad is a must.
