Excellent place. Free volleyball courts. Nice vibes. Boating is allowed of you have boat. I went in the evening weather breeze was cool, not sure about afternoon.

This is the place for fun, water sports, fitness, photography, and family gatherings. It’s well maintained, with plenty of amenities ( restrooms, outdoor showers, courtesy safety vests, pavilion, live music shows, volleyball courts, etc..) and plenty of parking space. Expect to pay an entry fee on weekends and holidays; free of charge entry on week days.

Vivid volleyball courts and well kept beach. It feel safe even at night with the presence of Little Elm police. I wouldn’t mind paying a fee to use it. 4th of July celebration was fun and VIP parking was $45 for non residents but worth it since was easier to leave than the other parking spaces. I just wish everyone would pick up after themselves instead of leaving it for maintenance to clean their trash. I heard the bathrooms were not as clean as the beach but I didn’t use it.
Some great fun had by all at the little elm park! The best fun around the Little Elm area when it comes to lake access and large play areas. Coming on a weekend is a bit crazy as it’s so popular. Could use an extra sand rise area by the park as it seems to get dirty quickly with all the kids running to the beach and back. The volleyball area doesn’t help either.
Safe, secure, and the best place to swim or just chill on the beach. I wish would have found this place sooner! You do have to pay for parking, but that also adds a layer of security and protection which I will never complain about. Great place for a family day or if you need to just get away from freaking Dallas for a bit.
Not bad a small beach area and sand is very hot, no trees no shades in the barbecue and park area
Also make sure you get everything because will be charged $10 for re-entry as well
I think it will be much better to go after 5 pm. And enjoy the night time

This is a small place with really good food. Food was hot and very tasty. I'll be back for breakfast and again for dinner. Catfish Pontchartrain sounds really good. My wife had the catfish and okra. I had the catfish sandwich.
This place makes the best drinks ever! My go-to is their pineapple coconut smoothie and their house iced coffee! and the staff is always so sweet and fast. I would love to see them have more art/decoration. maybe if they added a drawing/customer dood
I love being surrounded by all this Army Corp land and being able to see hawks, deer, panthers, and coyotes. And just a short 5 minute drive to Walmart. :)
