This place is so cute! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is so friendly and willing to help you with recommendations for any thing in the area. The Ice cream is so good and the history sprinkled through the property is really cool. Highly Recommend.

We are staying 2 days. There was a winter storm in Cheyenne. Our room is cold, the bathroom is colder. The coffee machine doesn't work. We have an ice bucket but there is no ice machine. We have to walk up stairs outside to get to our room and they haven't been shoveled off. I had asked for a king-size bed but have 2 queen beds. There is no vending machines, no snacks or drinks. They charge an extra 30% in case you use room service but there is nothing in the room to tell you what is available for room service. There was snow and ice on the window sill inside our room. The room looks great, beds were great, but we will not stay here again. Very expensive and did not meet all our needs. We were here for our sons wedding. Had a room on the upstairs outside wall. Have the thermostat turned all the way up. Had to stay under the covers to keep warm.

We stayed from November to January. The food that they served us was very poor. We went sometimes 2 weeks without getting our rooms cleaned. We asked, and scheduled to get them cleaned and no one ever showed up to clean the rooms. We had moldy food served to us on multiple occasions. We appreciate our company providing us a place to lay our head down and to rest. Some of the staff had good attitudes and some did not. Things were brought to the management attention but never delt with. I just want to share this with people that might think of making reservations here. There is a very nice holiday inn and suites right down the street.

Great welcome from the front check in staff. The main building is done out really well. My room was fantastic. Huge king room that was spotless and had all the amenities I needed for my trip. Bathroom was modern and very clean. No noise from the nearby roads (at the end of the long driveway), was perfectly comfortable. Would recommend if you are spending a couple of nights in Cheyenne.

We loved this hotel. Great service and staff. Large rooms and clean. The grounds were amazing. The heated pool was amazing!! The only reason for a 4 star ⭐️ instead of 5 is because of the sheets. No fitted sheet on the bed. It was a flat sheet and did not stay in place. By morning we were on the mattress cover, which is gross!!

Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. “Most” of the restaurant staff were friendly. But definitely not accommodating. I was very disappointed that we were not allowed to sit in the restaurant we had to take our food to go. It made us feel like low class people, & discriminated against. We were served a buffet style dinner, a continental style breakfast & a sack lunch daily. Most days dinner was just “ok”. Nothing anywhere close to what was on the menus. And did not look near as good as what I saw being served to restaurant patrons. 😞 Some days I went back to my room and made a peanut butter jelly sandwich. 😞🤷‍♀️Breakfast & lunch had zero variety & no selection for those trying to live a healthy lifestyle other than yogurt and fruit. But the staff in the café for breakfast and lunch were absolutely wonderful, friendly and accommodating. We stayed for over two months for a corporate event working in Cheyenne. $350,000.00 spent on rooms, all inclusive with meals. Definitely not worth what we paid for. Would not recommend for long-term corporate events. More than likely will not stay here again.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, well lit, nice furnishings. I stayed on the upper floor of Lodge 3. The balconies are nice, especially if you have a room on the pool side. The heated outdoor pool was open in October and actually has a deep end! The setting is quiet ( a golf course) despite the campus being close to main thoroughfares. Staff is professional. There is a coffee shop on the property (the coffee was "ok".) The restaurant in the property had a good breakfast with lots of options. (There is no complementary breakfast with stay.) The only drawback is that smoking is allowed on the balconies and the smoke wafts into adjacent rooms.

Came for lunch. No one to help be seated. I looked around, and there were zero people in the restaurant. We were there around one, I believe. I thought maybe they weren't open. I went to the front desk to ask. The lady at the counter said they were, so she went to find someone working there. Then she sat us. The waitress came over to take our order and then menus. I told her I wanted to look the menu over some more. She just stood there waiting for it. I finally felt rushed and handed it back. My napkin had something purple all over it, showed her that so she bought me a clean one. My chicken sandwich was good and my friend said her salad was good. The waitress brings me the check. I'm looking it over and trying to calculate her tip. She comes over and tries to take the folder off the table, I put my hand over it and said I'm not finished yet." She just stood there, and I felt very rushed. I did not have a pleasant experience, and although I am from Washington state, I would never visit this place again. There are too many places to choose from to have a bad experience and especially when you are paying for it. I do not recommend the restaurant, didn't stay the night so can't say anything regarding the hotel itself.
