Nick Acosta is the best! My journey to buy a new condo started six months before I could go to contract when I contacted Lipply Real Estate. Nick Acosta was the one who answered the call, who guided me on what to do, to prepare me for my home buying endeavor. Nick established communication with me via email, phone and text to determine my needs, wants and desires. A portal was built on my specific requirements for my new home, in which Nick and I had access to, to add observations and notes. This was a tremendous help for me to locate the area in which I wanted to live. Since I was local, and ahead of the game, I was able to do drive-bys to determine if the neighborhood, traffic concerns and/or the aesthetics of the area were going to work for me.
