I highly recommend this gym for people who want to get serious with their training. I started a little over 2 months ago and have made so much progress in my kicks and overall stamina. Without this gym, I can’t imagine being where I am with my progress in such a short amount of time. Kru Willie is very knowledgeable in the sport and will work with your goals. Everyone is treated equally at this gym, and speak both Spanish and English which is a plus.
Great gym and extremely challenging. Everyone is super supportive and will push you to do your best. I would definitely recommend getting a monthly pass or even paying for one class just to check it out. Kru is a great coach.

Great coach clean and good space very respectful and good hard training
Trained with Kru Willie back in a day as a fighter. Great trainer. There is no screwing around. Everything he does is to break you down and build you up. He doesn't want his fighters hurt, so he teaches you to be the best offensively and defensively. Look forward to coming to the new gym and train.
