Always have a nice time here. We were hoping to sled but the snow was too wet. Maybe next year!
The baseball fields looks nice, that is if you can actually use them. They have the worst drainage I have ever seen in a baseball field. I have had multiple events canceled after less than 1/8in of rain (8 hours before the event) because the fields are too wet. And when I have been able to use them, the fields themselves are not even well maintained. The infield has depressions where water has pooled and flower, and there are rocks all over on the field.
Very lovely park.. I was there for an event but I could see all the kiddos enjoying the extensive playground equipment.. lots of parking, public restroom, and open fields for outdoor games/activities 😀
Find it outrageous to charge Cary Taxpayers $15.00 to park. What happen to days of FREE TO CITY TAXPAYERS. CITY IS GOING DOWNHILL. ALL CITY wants is MONEY, MONEY, MONEY.
GOOD LUCK AS CITY GOES DOWN, LIKE ON 1ST AVENUE TENANTS.
GETTO VILLE
Came to watch a night baseball of the Trojans. The ball park is great. The kids play ground is very nice. We always have a pretty large group, and so we could let the young ones play, and still watch baseball. We all had a good time.
Parks pretty great. Remodel I'm not sure was needed. Totally fine before and a huge waste of money. Would've been better on social programs or other dire parks not just became its on a more major road and they want nice front facing candy. Not good for dog walks. Lot of people think because its open they can just run their mutt around or throw Frisbee. Ruins it for me since my dog like many others is fear aggressive and will react negatively to any off leash dog while he's on leash. which is why there is a leash law, to protect other dogs, not yours which you swear no its okay hes friendly!
Grew up skating at this park, the maintenance doesnt do much asude from take out and put back the tiny handrail that nobody uses bc it just gets in the way. The park is kinda dangerous between 20 year old ramps and cracked floors im sure youll find a way to get hurt.
Nice little plot of green space. Offers a large playground for parents and children, baseball fields, a sledding hill and large field, and even a fenced-in skatepark - has a bikepath that leads up to the park and often is not too crowded. Great for all ages! Pets welcome!
We found this park while looking for a nice view to park and eat lunch. The view is pretty, there's a giant dog park, community garden, and clean bathrooms. Then we decided to go for a walk around the trails and it is GORGEOUS! The walk was longer th
Great new aquatic park. Finished in 2022, this is a big improvement to what Cary had prior to this. Easy to get to location. A lot of seating and shade is offered here. Private parties available with a party room.
Conscious Cup Coffee in downtown Cary, Illinois is an excellent coffeehouse to relax and chill or to grab your coffee to go - whatever works for you!
They are located across the street (South) from the Cary Metra stop. There is free parking in front
We were from out of town to watch the Nuggets in the finals and this place is an absolute gem. The bartenders are so genuine and seem like really kind people. This place doesnât charge for their bar games like billiards and shuffleboardâ amazing.
