Visiting family for the holidays and Lions fitness was the perfect gym during my time home. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Knock out some Olympic lifts and finish with some fan bike sprints, ball slams or box jumps. Super low key, clean and welcoming environment. Highly recommend.
Great place to reach your fitness goals. The owners are really personable and make you feel welcomed no matter who you are. I would highly recommend this place for personal training or to work out on your own.
This gym is awesome! Came for a day pass and one of the owners gave us a tour. She was very nice ! The gym is clean and has a variety of gym equipment. The vibe is also really cool, 10/10 would recommend !
I had not been in a gym since high school and wanted to get back into a gym routine. I had a consultation with Jason, owner and eventually my trainer. He covered everything from a food plan to my individual workouts for 6 months straight. I am a big fan of this gym because it is locally owned and operated just like my family’s business. It is not an overcrowded gym when I workout in the mornings and you will not be ostracized for whatever it is you do as long as you do it with good form and effort and attitude which is really all things that I control when I do my workouts. The atmosphere is very inclusive and you get the sense that the energy is contagious with everyone trying to improve themselves. Highly recommend this gym! Proud to be a member!
Just started here but the owner was incredibly helpful, the atmosphere is dope and everyone who goes is always happy to help or offer a spot if you need it. There’s a great vibe, and all kinds of people go here. They have a LOT of equipment for lifting or otherwise, and other gyms couldn’t even hold a candle up to them in regards to what they have to offer. I’m excited to continue my journey here!
Just started going here and it has been great so far. The atmosphere alone sets this place apart, not to mention the quality of the equipment is top notch! The owners made me feel welcome immediately and are super in tune with what goes on in the gym. 10/10 would recommend

We discussed my need's and goals, and came up with a routine specialized just for me. I feel better than I have in a long time. Katie and Jason welcome every client by name. Had a blast here, and we will definitely be going back. The prices were perfect. We did laser tag for an hour at $18 per person and it was well worth it. Large space to really enjoy. We plan to do escape rooms there now too.
