Bay Local VA Beach, VA is an awesome breakfast and Brunch spot with an amazing atmosphere and staff with a menu that will delight your palet. Price was great approx 20 a plate with drinks. I'll be visiting again on our next trip.
I like all the shops a lot! Although the heritage shop has great stuff (cancer gone herbs supplements) 👍👍 some of the staff is amazing, but some are offstandish. The vitamin shops have similar stuff without certain hassles. It's a toss-up, what you're in the mood for.
I'm so impressed with this place and all of the natural goodies they have to offer, do you have an hour to listen? My favorite part is their bulk herbs that I can use to make herbal salves and ointments. I was also really impressed with their prices for an ounce of dried herb, $2 to $3 at the most.

Slow down or you could miss it. We travelled here to find the bay brunch place. It was a a Sunday and it was hard to see because you are definitely distracted by all the plants and hodgepodge arrangements in the front.
It almost looks like a gift shop so you can miss a lot of the other places around jr because you we distracted.
The shopping center is typical. Everyone can have whatever signage they choose. There isn’t any size or uniformity to the shopping center. The lines are faded in the parking area and some were reserved for specific businesses. Which you would only normally see directly in front of a building not in a communal parking area.

I love My Heritage Store. They have something for everyone's needs. If you aren't sure of what vitamins, or creams, oils, or even natural products are right for you, the sales clerks are very knowledgeable about their products and are quite happy to help you! I, on the other hand was just looking for my Spirit Animal that day and found him! If you are going for a psychic reading they are not doing them in store right now, but are still doing them by phone. They have the numbers at the store for their psychics.
Heritage Market has a comprehensive selection of supplements, herbs, bulk items and also a nice selection of quality incense and soaps. The staff is knowledgeable and happy to assist you. The café serves delicious items freshly made as well as smoothies.
They have a small produce section, but it isn't a grocery store so that's understandable, and the produce they have is delicious and fresh.

What's not to like?
Coastal Cafe is awesome, Jax Place for the younger crowd or a rowdier night (pool, shuffleboard, darts), Food Lion is always staffed with extremely helpful and friendly folk - even if they aren't as well stocked as Kroger.

Rachel was an excellent stretchologist. She was attentive and made sure I was comfortable at all times and provided tips on things I could do to improve my flexibility and muscle tightness. I definitely will be coming again.
My kids love coming here. The staff is all so nice, we especially love Annette. They ask almost everyday to go ð I wish I could take em that much. I recommend the punch card if a membership isn't your thing because of the monthly dues.
