I highly recommend Link Services. They were very easy to work with, came in the morning and worked through the day and finished my gas line the next morning even in the rain. Very professional and couldn't have been nicer. They did everything to accommodate me even working with my insurance company. I was very pleased with the work that they did and the clean up.

When my central air system was not working correctly, Link Service Heating & Cooling got back to me quickly and had a technician at my home in a few short hours. Ryan did an excellent job with our AC repair. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue, had the appropriate parts on hand to make the repair, and completed everything with relative ease. I appreciated that Link let us know who to expect and that Ryan explained each step in his repair process. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend both Link Service Heating & Cooling as a whole and Ryan in particular.

The repair work was nice. fixed the yard back great. BUT prior to any work, THE WORST. it was 3 days before they called to schedule for measuring; allegedly having the wrong phone #. another 3 days for the appointment. another 7 days before they came to do the repairs & one more day for the gas company to finish. a total of 15 days without gas. My whole house runs on gas. Apparently they only have one guy who does gas line work. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Very pleased with the customer service and the insulation of our AC/Heat pump. They explained so much to us prior to choosing them on why we needed the system they recommended. The installers were there three days right on time, never took a break and worked very hard each day they were here. Very knowledgeable about their job, the hardware and the overall system. They were very friendly, took time to answer our questions, made recommendations and extremely clean. At the end of the day, you would have never known there were people installing a unit within our house. Highly recommend!

Mike and his team where great very friendly, fast, clean ,and knowledgeable. From the moment I spoke with Corey to Justin coming down and the guys working I was so pleased with how well they worked as a unit to get the job done thanks guys. Happy Thanksgiving

The Link Service team are an amazing group to have worked with in having a new oil furnace system installed. My partner and I purchased our first home a few months ago. A whole world of new experiences in itself. One of them being a very old oil furnace (40+ yrs). We needed to have it serviced before attempting to run it, and as the weather became cooler, it was time to act. We chose Link Service, and we're left with no regrets. We met Ryan first, who was very professional with the cleaning and maintenance. He got our old machine running, but the obvious answer was our furnace was ultimately going to need replacing for many reasons. The following week we met Jeff who came to get us quotes for a new system. He was very informative and held a lot of passion in his words for this huge decision we were making. Once our decision was made however, the scheduling of the new install was easy, and took a matter of 3 days to complete the job. One of our thermostats needed replaced and needed new wiring, causing the 3rd day. They are a very trustworthy team and do amazing work from start to finish, right down to the clean up. We are overall happy to have a home that is now warmer, updated, more efficient, and safer. We highly recommend them, and can't thank them enough.

Our first interaction with Link's was when our mini splits quit working in the middle of a heatwave! My call was answered promptly and Denny, the service manager, got us scheduled the very next day! Ryan, our technician, showed up on time (that never happens) did a thorough check of all the units, determined the problem, and corrected the issue. Ryan was courteous and professional, answering our questions, explaining the diagnosis and we feel confident that the issue was revised! We received a follow up call from Denny asking if we were satisfied with the service, if we had any questions, and if there was anything else they could do for us. I was surprised by their high level of customer service and will definitely recommend Links! Thank you!
