Considering the price, we were surprised at how big the room was. It consisted of two large beds, one in the living room and the other in the separate bedroom. There is only one television in the living space. It has a kitchen with a frig and microwave, but I didn't use them. The individual parking right next to your room is a plus. Problems... The room was outdated and the bathroom was stained with rust. The faucet in the shower was dripping, it took all my strength to stop it. The shower curtain was stained and not clean. It should have been thrown away and replaced with a new one. (The Dollar store sells them.) The lone air conditioner did not reach the bedroom. I didn't feel comfortable or safe in this place with all its windows and vacant rooms. Maybe in the summer, it is better. Good Luck and remember, you get what you pay for.
Surprisingly Wonderful, Clean, No Bugs, we got a crazy good price on Priceline. It is a really great quaint place. Very southwest with beautiful roses in front of every room. Staff/Owner very helpful. Older place but well kept. Close to Sequoia national park, perfect for a nights sleep between exploring the park.
We arrived late in the evening. The owners were very kind to wait for us. ||The room was clean and spacious. The only point, it is quite warm inside (would have been nice to cool down the room with the air con before the customers come). ||The very nice point is that you have a garage allocated on the side of your room! |Very convenient!
Icreally liked the place. I liked the rooms and covered parking. My is the shower had way to low of water pressure, it took a long time to warm up and there was long black hair in it. My hair is not black. Other than that the bed was really comfortable. They have free wifi. And it is nice and quiet
It's good enough considering the price so clearly don't expect much. The only issue we had was the fact that the air-conditioning was only in the living room and did not cool down the bed room so we couldn't really sleep. Also there's no ice machine.||On the upside it's cheap, quiet and there are shops and gas station nearby.
Very friendly staff/owner/manager. Room was simple but clean and fine. We stayed there for 2 nights and visited Sequioa during the day, which is less then an hours drive & King's Canyon. Each room has its own parking space, which we really liked
My friend and I stayed 2 nights - two beds in two separate rooms. There is also a full kitchen, but no dish/kitchenware. If you plan to use it, make sure you bring your own - down to the forks and spoons!||||It's a quiet location, off of the main road. It's about 10mins to the center of Lindsay where you'll find some decent food. Another 25mins to the next town with a few more options. Sequoia is about 1.5hrs straight shot.||||The manager/owner of the property is very nice. He informed that they are in the process of renovating and all rooms will soon (or perhaps are now) fully hardwood with all new furnishings.||||We really enjoyed our stay and is a perfect place for those going to Sequoia or Kings. Oh, the wifi is spotty, so be prepared.
I booked this because it was cheap and close to Tulare for the World Ag Show. There's a reason it was cheap and available. The room was very spacious, the biggest I've ever had in the US, but it was poorly furnished. The door didn't lock from the inside, the shower had no hot water and the towels put on the floor to be exchanged were simply hung back up again. Added to the general dirty state of the place I have to say I wouldn't ever stay here again.
There's a variety of stores at this Plaza with PLENTY of parking spaces everywhere. Wheel chair accessibility is available through the plaza. There is a Save Mart; Starbucks; Taco Bell; McDonald's; Subway; Auto Zone; Dollar Tree; Laundromat; a place
Stopped by for lunch. Had tacos and tamales, rice and beans. Great food and service . Wife wanted fried chicken, but takes 45 min to prepare. Be sure to call in advance for fried chicken. It's worth it!
Food was really good and came steaming hot. Got a bucket of beer that was ice cold. Excellent place to relax and enjoy an excellent meal. Oh yeah the tortillas was fresh made and salsa was just right. Will definitely make on my list to go back.
