Linden Historic Bed & Breakfast - Featured Reviews (109)
This was the second time my wife and I stayed at Linden. The first time, we were so impressed, that we made it a must to come back again to stay again. We found it to be a wonderful experience to spend the time we did. The breakfast was very good, the service was very good, the rooms were very comfortable and full of history. The tour of the house and the history that was explained to us in absolute detail was very interesting. It's a must for anyone who loves great people such as the staff at Linden and the history of the property. The atmosphere was very tranquil and relaxing, especially on the back porch area, where there is coffee of various kinds. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to get away, and enjoy Linden, and the surrounding areas. Lots of history.
Our stay at Linden was amazing. It is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. David was a fantastic host and made us feel at home. He shared a lot of knowledge about the house and its history. It is a great place to relax and recharge. We look forward to coming back in the future.

What a gorgeous home! It was such a joy to stay at Linden during the Spring Pilgrimage. Everything was fantastic, from the arrival, to the rooms, to the breakfast and the perfect hosts! Linden is a show house situated on a gorgeous, peaceful and inviting property. Marjorie (who was raised at Linden) and her husband, David Hawkins, are the most delightful and welcoming hosts. Afternoons on the back porch are so fun and friendly. I look forward to returning to Natchez and staying at Linden! Melinda, Nashville, TN
The rooms are wonderful and relaxing with great pillows and a super comfy bed. The breakfast is delicious and the people are so friendly! I would recommend Linden to anyone traveling to Natchez, Mississippi. The hosts treat you like family and are very helpful with restaurants and shopping. They also will give you suggestions on what homes to visit. The property is beautiful and peaceful. I highly recommend this home!
The room was quite comfortable. Our breakfasts were always tasty and varied throughout our 4 day stay. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The house tour was interesting and enjoyable. Linden is well located out of the hustle and bustle. Therefore we could truly relax. We have visited Natchez several times and we always stay at Linden.
We took a tour of this home, would love to have stayed instead! Beautiful grounds to enjoy (I guess they have weddings here too!). I really enjoyed the in-depth information on the history of the house. It is decorated beautifully! I really enjoyed the tour! The owners believe the front of the house was the inspiration for Gone with the Wind front of the home in the movie!
This home is beyond description! Imagine yourself in the most gracious, hospitable, welcoming place you’ve ever been and then multiply by 100. The owners will be your new best friends. Your breakfasts are pure Southern deliciousness. The history will enchant you…and there’s even a fabulous gift shop. You’ll leave there wondering, “how do they do it?”
My BFF and I travel together every couple of years and this August we decided to go to Natchez. My BFF booked us at the Stone House and we stayed in the cottage on the back side of the property. The cottage is a 2/1 and adorable. The beds were comfor
Cool place. Right next to Mississippi River . We went 5pm not crowded at all. Easy street parking. Pizza was really good! Spicy honey was different but tasty. You could sit inside or out, plenty of seating.
