Lincoln Street Inn - Bed & breakfast in Fredericksburg - 106 S Lincoln St, USA

Absolutely amazing location just off Main Street. Walking distance to all the shops and the best restaurants in town. The property itself is stunning with a huge modern kitchen and four bedrooms with baths in each. Outside fireplace and hot tub are great all year round. The little one bedroom Sunday house is so well appointed and cozy. Looking forward to visiting again!

I booked a 5 day stay at the Lincoln Steet Inn for mine and my husband's families for our wedding weekend through Boutiq management and could not have been more pleased with the customer service we received and the beautiful accommodations! Brenna assisted me throughout the entire process, she was quick to communicate with, so kind and so professional! The Inn is gorgeous and perfectly located right off Main Street in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg. We were able to walk everywhere - restaurants, bars, shops, etc are all within minutes of the house. There were 11 adults staying at the Inn and we were all perfectly comfortable! My favorite thing about this home is that every room had its own full bathroom! Could not recommend this stay or the service from Boutiq enough!!

The rooms all have king beds, each bedroom has it own bathroom. The kitchen area is the best. One of the best places I have stayed. Location is the awesome.

The Lincoln Street Inn is a cozy retreat in a prime location. Its within walking distance of all the downtown attractions. We stayed in The Dove which was perfect for two people celebrating an anniversary. There are steps so may not be good for everyone but if that isn't an issue, this is an excellent place. The private courtyard in the back is beautiful. Rebecca and Peter live on site and are excellent hosts. They are very friendly and knowledgeable of the local area. Our room was beautifully decorated, well furnished and squeaky clean. We would highly recommend The LIncoln Street Inn. We plan to return.

We stayed at the Lincoln Street Inn with some friends for a weekend away. This was our first time staying here and our friends second. The rooms were clean, quaint, and well maintained. The property owners were on site if we needed anything (which is rare) and they are the nicest people! What made this stay so wonderful though is the location. It is right off Main street but not right ON Main Street. The convenience was there without the craziness of being directly on Main. We enjoyed sitting on the upstairs balcony each night. It was beautiful! There are extra special touches about this place that are worth a visit. The beautiful landscaping and flower beds, the outdoor fireplace, the oversized jacuzzi tubs in the rooms.... it made for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our getaway to this lovely and well appointed historic property. The amenities including linens and bedding were luxurious and decor consisted of fine furniture and antiques. The location put you within easy walking distance of all the main street activities including dinning, shopping and live music. The balcony was great for people watching, listening to local music or watching the moon rise. The gardens and amenities were lovely and the hosts were very helpful sharing their knowledge of the local restaurants and activities. When we had a special need arise and they went above and beyond to take care of it. We will definitely book again in the future.

My husband and I stayed in the Bluebird Room for a weekend and we loved it! The room was gorgeous, the house is very well maintained and you can tell how much the owners care for the property. It’s super conveniently located to everything on Main Street so we walked almost everywhere which was great. The bar right next door played pretty loud music on Friday night so we had some trouble getting to sleep, but that was the only night it was a problem and turning on the fan helped drown out the sound.

Really liked this place! Husband and I stayed Mon- Thursday end of April. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and jacuzzi tub was great. The backyard patio fireplace was amazing for sitting outside at night and listening to the music drifting across the yards while sipping a beverage. We played cards on the front porch one rainy day, was a great place. The location of this place is within walking distance to everything,..restaurants, shops, museums... So why 4*? This is an old house. Even tho it is restored and decorated beautifully, the walls are tissue paper thin. So expect noise from other guests. Inside the home you can hear people walking and talking on the upper floors. Music from across the street plays til 11pm thurs-sat. You will hear it. People enjoying themselves on back patio, you will hear them. We would stay here again if they upped the cleaning service. Everything looked really clean at first glance, but after a day we noticed if we walked around the house barefoot, our feet were getting dirty (floor needs to be mopped and cleaned) also windows were so dirty you could hardly see out of them! This could be an amazing 5* great bang for your buck if the cleaning service did a better job. The owners are on site and very friendly and helpful. The home was turned over to a property management company, that in my opinion needs to up their game.
