Everything is within reasonable walking distance in Factoria. The Factoria Mall is no different.
The Asian food places come with a high reccomend from me. Even Red Robin is "YUM!"
The only issue I have ever had was when I went to rent some office space. The lease company and security and the property management company are all separate companies. You need to make 3 separate appointments in order to have them show you a place... even then, in my experience, it was like pulling hair to get security and management to answer their phone
I don't mean to be harsh about this, but the whole situation made me reluctant to rent from them. It's not a wonder there are quite a few empty stores if that is the treatment that potential renters get. Hopefully, it wasn't because I'm physically disabled. I give them the benefit of the doubt in this case that it wasn't because I'm disabled, and perhaps I just tried to rent from them at a bad time. I don't know.
This mall keeps the bellevue alive, open late, movie theatre and nice shopping places. good eatery. best parking and everything a good mall needs to have. if you have free time, stop by and hang out in the food court, its beautiful decorated for holidays! love the christmas tree
A whole city in a building. This is the stuff of science fiction come to life. The Ascend restaurant tops this venue and offers breathtaking views.
Nice mall but not as nice as Bellevue Square. They don’t have all the stores that I was looking for like the Apple Store. There is a Macy’s, which was nice. There are some nice blown glass artworks in the buildings. Check this mall out if you’re looking for general shopping. It’s not high end but it’s not as bad as Everett Mall. 😄
A great place to go for drinks, snacks, desserts, shareables, or dinner. And after you are done eating, there are a lot of shops and places to walk off the food you eat.
Really enjoyed the coffee shop here, along with Nordstrom rack, and then ended with cocktails at Civility and Unrest. Great place to unwind and relax, and it's also very conveniently located near other Bellevue shopping areas.
Meh. Workers in every store are nice and I understand they're just doing their job, but they are like car salesman and hover too much. It makes you not want to shop inside the stores. 🙄 Also, everything is WAY overpriced, it's super duper crowded, and of course no one's wearing masks anymore and COVID is still a thing on top of it being flu season. Not a fan of this place. Westfield in Seattle is more my cup of tea and less "snooty".
Always an elegant hangout in the heart of Bellevue - with a nice mix of places to eat and shop. There's also the cinema upstairs along with a concept golf experience.
A wonderful mall for upscale dining and shopping. Clean and very safe.

We visited Bellevue Square to see "Snowflake Lane," which is presented annually during the winter holidays. Very beautiful scenery! ð I absolutely adored the festive Christmas music and decor throughout the downtown Bellevue area during our visit
This is a beautiful shopping center with a number of luxury stores. Parking is pretty easy, though you need to get validation for free parking.
The shopping center is elegantly designed with a sense of quality. Even the washrooms are nice and clean.
There are many stores, restaurants and other shops. Mainly focusing on QFC, Bartells, Applebee's, MOD Pizza, Starbucks, Xfinity and T-Mobile. With many others in-between. Haven't ran into any bad employees at any of the places there all have been ver

I have been in this studio for more than a year. In this past year, I not only developed the habit of exercising but also started meditating. Importantly, I turned the impossible into possible by doing headstands. The classes here are very flexible;
