This place isn't to bad only thing that sucked is us getting kicked out for a cat while he knew about other people having pets an they didnt get kicked out for it. Also we didn't get time to get to see what we were getting into with in 10 minutes took us 5 to get to our room an in it an then 5 to just get a quick look there was other people's stuff left over cigarettes all in the closet old animal food a old beer trash in dressers our shower was cracked on the floor our door locks but it's easy to push open definitely not sanitary I wouldn't wanna ever have anyone come here that's how bad it is. Mike seems ok but definitely lie an say he's a family man an wants to see family stay together but will kick you out to be homeless knowing you have kids an is in a situation all over my support animal he even said they accept them then nothing but lies

I swear this place is the worse to Deal with. We thought the Manager was cool and he blames everything on the owners but not sure that is the case. Lived here Since March with no issues and even helped out the manager for free with repairs when needed. Even installed a refrigerator for free for him. Then he turned around and told us his manager said to kick us out or we had to pay $250 for a "sneaking fee" for a unwanted guest that showed up at 4 AM and wasn't there long and left after we told him too. How is this our fault? The week rent alone is $320 but you want us to pay this on top of that for a crappy room that always smells like smoke and we don't smoke and Tweakers in and out of this place that walk around here. You would think they rather deal with people who help, pay rent and don't cause any trouble then to waste time on stupid fees for things that aren't under our control.

It's a cool place..people are nice..some come that are a little nutty..but I've been here for a couple of months and Mike the manager is cool..hes a good guy who does what he can to help..a little upgrades on some rooms and it'll be there

Worst week of my life. I've never been to a motel / hotel as bad as this one in my entire life. I was given the room, 12B. Let me tell you about some of the commodities. When you book the room, He gives you ten minutes to make up your mind on the room and get back to the office  in order to get your money back if you desire. Not enough time to make an educated decision. Took me about that amount of time to just find the light switch. Which takes me to the electrical, it's terrible and has shorts on the outlets. Fondling with the plugs excessively to get them to work. The light bulbs are faded and old.. barely can see when all of them are on. No heat option at all. It was freezing inside.. warmer outside than in the room. A small broken space heater was included but didn't work. The refrigerator temp gauge was broken in one position where it's unchangeable. Kept all my food items at room temperature. The walk in shower leaked beyond the curb and all over the floor. The dresser had three handles missing and couldn't open them. Also the bathroom door had large holes in it. Looked like there was a fight that broke out in there. On top of all of that. The whole place was incredibly dusty and dirty everywhere. Mold and water damage.

My boyfriend and I have been living here for over a year and we haven't had any problems or issues with anyone or anything. We were in an upstairs room but asked to move to a lower one and there wasn't any hesitation from the manager. The whole family is very friendly. Full sized fridge and stove with little cabinet space is nice to have with how expensive everything is now. Reasonably priced considering everything is included.

Management was nice and really watched out for the tenant. Nice area and nice people

My Husband and I have stayed here for quite some time. And really it's a decent place the owners don't mess with you as long as you don't mess with you as long as you play by the rules. Plus WE MIND OUR OWN BUSINESS!!! Yes they have a kitchen!! They are older style rooms but so far so good. NO BUGS . That Is the biggest thing when I stay somewhere. Thankfully they are clean . Because we are clean 😜😁

This is one of the times you get what you pay for. Very outdated but the convenience alone out weighs any of the competitors. n Neighborhood quietA+. The manager Mike is real very handy when you need them they are on point. Don’t come here expecting the Hilton, This is Lincoln Lawns Motel.,lGrocery store, laundry banks, knickknacks, fabric stores, transportation, liquor stores, everything is in walking distance so when you’re down and out, give Lincoln Lawns Motel a shout. Definitely a place where you can feel safe police presence periodically, but not so much as to annoying. They let you know that they are here and do not bother the guest at all. There’s not really a lot of In-N-Out traffic. Most of the people here are here such as myself, but there are some room for overnight yes and they are in and out no problems. Come do what they gonna do and leave’s. So basically, the only problem going on here is a popneed 38 in your room. I didn’t have a very peaceful lot of people who work so very peaceful. Come, check them out.
