I had a fine experience here. If I had one wish is that they would clean the windows to better enjoy the view. The reception desk was slow to get to me but they were nice. The best part of the hotel is the Belvedere Lounge on the second floor. I wish they promoted it better—enjoyed very nice meal there.

I love this hotel! Beth at the front desk was so accommodating and kind. My boyfriend and I had just come from a hotel that had fleas and Beth was able to find us a room last minute. I'd stayed here 4 times before and every time I've had a great experience, so when we had to leave the other hotel I told him that we should just go to Lincoln because I've consistently had good experiences. The rooms were clean and modern and the included breakfast is always so nice. It's not like most hotels at this price range that only give you toast and cereal, this one has breakfast with eggs, ham, sausage, potatoes and rice porridge. I do miss the chow mein they used to have with cabbage, but you're still getting all this with a waffle maker, cereals, toasts, muffins, oatmeals, juice, milk and tea. Check out is also at noon instead of 11am like most hotels now which I love because I hate waking up early and feeling rushed. The area is quiet, safe, walkable, surrounded by amazing restaurants, and close enough to any attractions you need in LA. The staff has always been consistently kind to me from the front desk to the parking attendants, to the breakfast attendants to the cleaning staff. I will be staying here again and again! I forgot to take pictures of the room this time but I included my breakfast and beautiful view.

I didn't like the location too much, it's in a Chinese neighborhood and it's very far from everything. But I'm just writing this because I need to let you guys know that the room was very dirty, everything was dirty, bad room services and I didn’t like the breakfast. The bathtub and the bathroom in general was disgusting. The towels was smelling bad so l called the hotel asking if the service room can bring me another towel and he said no that I need to go to the front desk to ask for more so I had to get out of my shower and put some clothes on just to go to the front desk. Also I was with 3 people and in the room had just 2 towels. *There were no shower gel. My bed was completely disgusting with a bad smell as well. I couldn't sleep well because the bed was so hard, was not comfortable at all. I took the sheets off to put a new one that I bought it because I was disgusted from the smell and I saw this on my bed. I just had a bad experience. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING THERE.

One of the worst hotel I ever stayed in my entire life!!!! 1. sound proof was so bad. U can hear next door talking. U can hear people upstairs walking in the room. 2 when client called in, they refuse to connect the call and mentioned no such such person. Even client repeated my name for few times and they answer, too many guests in hotels and I can check one by one ?? Don’t I have a in-house system? 3. Staying for 4 nights, breakfast serving SAME items everyday！ Same Ham， same sausage, same potato and same eggs! 4 toilet is so dirty and u can’t believe it!!!! Pictures attached. 5. This rooms booked for two guests. Went down to front desk, wanna see how come they cannot locate my name when my client called. Out of my surprise and shocked that they also cannot find my colleague name. Asked me to pen down in a price of paper which u can see how the paper look like. 6.tape water was out of order and u can see from the picture, running water while showering and nobody fix it ! 7. The soap as u May see in the pic! What kind of quality is this! 8 the conditional bottle in the shower room is empty ! 9. The strain on the basin and on floor, you cannot believe it10. Never ever staying in this property !

When I checked in, a white-haired Chinese uncle didn't smile at all, as if I owed him money, and his attitude was not good! There was no service at all. It's really sad that such an important position at the hotel front desk has such an employee.

Positive: They allowed for a late check-in and were responsive to requests for additional toiletries and blankets. Negative: room was dirty (lipstick on the bathroom door, sticky carpet and table surfaces, dust everywhere). The ac filters smelled almost like urine. TV didn?t work. Faucet handle was broken. Breakfast was bad.

The 24-hour check-in service online is a joke. The front desk service is poor. The white-haired old man has a bad attitude and speaks rudely. I have stayed here many times and there were no problems. This time when I checked in, they said there were no rooms. I asked if 1:30 was okay, and they said it would take an hour to clean a room, and they had to take a break at noon, so they couldn't help me clean. I checked in at 12 o'clock before, and there was no problem. This time when I arrived at 1 o'clock, they said there were no rooms and asked me to wait. While waiting, I saw others changing rooms, and they didn't say it was not cleaned. I will not come here again. There are many other hotels nearby, so I don't have to encounter this kind of thing again.

This hotel is very unprofessional , when I went and check in , clerk never ask for I d , and ask with a little attitude , and tell me I got to check out soon , and I ask didn't my friend ask for a late check out , and he replied no and that It would cost 60 dollar more for late check. And he answer me with you will have to wait for next shift to come in , and I ask him what time and he say is the time you are about to check out and I say what wrong with extending the check out now , and he say , I dont feel like doing the paperwork , and by the way he didn't even want to hand me my room key , I can tell he was serious , that he didnt want to extend the late check out for me , and I ask him does this place come with free breakfast , and he reply me with a yes and is 7 o clock at 2 floor , so I move along and when and got my friend and went up stairs and came back down to get some breakfast , and when I got there , there was a lot of people , and I waited and waited until , less people moving around , and when I got up to the hot tray , I somewhat spill some food over the cup I was using for porridge and ask the worker that work there for some nipkin to wipe it, and she replied with sorry , wont don't have no napkins here , and I say for real , and they keep telling me , I napkin , so I turn snd walk away , and saw people using napkins and I ask one of the customers there where they l git the napkins ajd she pointed out over there , and when i when and got some napkin , guess who was right beside me cleaning the counter ,? , yes you are right ! Is one of the workers that I had ask for napkins earlier , and when I show them that , and say you are such a liar and guess she said to me ?
