Limelight Hotel - Hotel in Ketchum - 151 Main St S, USA

The amenities at Limelight are superb! The shuttle service is excellent, as well as the happy hour, food, live music, gorgeous pool & hot tubs, patio, EVERYTHING! The little kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator is perfect, too. We could not have been more pleased with the entire staff & facilities!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay here - rooms are large, lots of storage and bar sink and dishes, cutlery in room are a nice feature. Fantastic view of ski hill from our room and the pool and hot tub sun deck! We visited the bar every evening and really appreciated the kind & attentive service from everyone, especially Aleska. We will stay here again - love being able to park car and walk or bike all around town too!

This hotel is beautiful and the rooms are exquisite. We have stayed at the one in Denver frequently. However, I do believe they're overpriced in Ketchum, for what you get. I will tell you that we were disappointed in the service in the lounge & restaurant. It took them more than 15 minutes to take our order. We had to leave and we had to go eat at a place called the pioneer saloon. We had to leave early due to a family matter, but when speaking to the Manager, he was kind, thoughtful and polite. He expressed his regrets and was very kind to us and we felt like they were worthy of a second chance.

Amazing hotel, gorgeous views, lovely amenities, but coordination could be better. We arrived after checkin and rooms weren’t all ready. Used their driver service and could have walked faster than it took for them to coordinate pickup. Oh and potatoes in Idaho are expected to be better tasting and not dry. Bummer

Limelight Ketchum was the right choice for us! The staff was there for absolutely anything we needed to know about the area or to make our stay more comfortable! The breakfast was incredible including many options! The lounge was a great place to have a drink, read a book by the fireplace or meet up with friends or family! The outside deck and hot tub/ pool has an incredible view of the mountains! ||The rooms were spectacular- spacious for 4 of us with the double queen room! ||Offering shuttles to wherever you need to get to in Ketchum/ sun valley was so nice! We also checked out the car to go to Galena lodge! ||The location was also perfect to be able to walk anywhere in downtown Ketchum! ||My family highly recommends staying here!

My partner and I stayed here for a vacation and it was hands down the best stay at a hotel we’ve ever had! The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful: Tony gave us great suggestions for hikes around the area, Gerald saw to any of our late-night needs and was very friendly and hospitable, and all the other staff we interacted with made our stay incredibly comfortable, relaxing, and easy. The daily free breakfast was always fresh and had fantastic options that allowed us to start our day right! The entire hotel was impressively clean, even with dogs staying at the hotel. We will be coming back the next time we come to Sun Valley!

I rarely write reviews but in this case it would be a sin if I didn't. My research indicated that this was a 4 star hotel in Ketchum Idaho Whoever rated it a 4 star is out of their mind. This is a 5 star hotel in every sense. The ambiance of the lobby, patio and room was just beautiful. I sit here writing this review on our last morning drinking coffee and enjoying the beautiful mountain view's in front of us. The lobby is beautifully decorated with a couple of modern design fire places. The complimentary breakfast is everything you could ask for including omelet's, eggs, bacon, sausage and anything else you would expect. The red salsa that I used on my eggs was especially tasty. The service starts with the hotel manager Denny. He treats you like a person would treat a guest at your home. As we were enjoying our coffee this morning he came out and greeted us. He remembered we were leaving and came out to say goodbye. His staff really understand what great customer service is and everyone one of them from the housekeepers to the wait staff to the bar tenders to the front desk always have a smile. They are all so genuinely nice and attentive. Limelight has probably been the most enjoyable hotel stay we've ever had. Book a stay. You won't be disappointed.

Overall, a good place to stay in Ketchum. Staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean, and the complimentary breakfast buffet had a decent selection to choose from. On the downside, the furnishings in the room are just OK. The lone chair was hard as a rock, and the bed was pretty soft... Somewhere in between for both would have been way better. As a bonus, the location is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, drug store, and even a grocery. Additionally, the shuttles to skiing and airport are a very nice amenity (appreciated, but we drove). Speaking of driving, the underground parking with elevator that goes directly to room levels, was convenient and somewhat secure, and while $25 a night isn't nothing, it's far less than I've paid in "cities", so begrudgingly accepted. Yes, I'd stay here again, but the furniture could be more comfortable.
