I absolutely love Lil’ Shalom, but honestly you can’t go wrong with any of the amazing restaurants from Sesame Collective. I’ve been a few times to LS and love the ambiance and feel in the restaurant, with the open kitchen and wood fire oven in plain view. The burnt beef ends hummus with pastrami and roasted jalapeño, served with fresh pita, were incredible. I also loved the grilled octopus with smashed potatoes. Every bite was decadent. And a great option for vegetarians is the Shalom Y’all Plate with some of the best falafel I’ve ever had. Great food, great service, fun ambiance - can’t go wrong with Lil’ Shalom!
Me and a friend stopped in for an afternoon snack and we both really enjoyed the classic hummus and the fries. Split between two people was plenty of food. The outdoor patio was a great spot to eat.
ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. All the food had incredible flavor!! We will be back to try more! We savored every single bite. The service was walk up counter service and unspectacular - ran out of water and were the only customers there while the two girls behind the counter gabbed it up. We would've tipped way more after the meal knowing how amazing it was. Hats off to the food and the atmosphere Will be back! YUUMMMM
We had a fantastic lunch at Lil Shalom. We ate at the counter and shared the plate and lentils/rice dish. It was delicious and we will definitely eat there again.
Good food, diverse menu. We had the lamb shawarma and chicken schnitzel, both well flavored but I enjoyed the lamb the most. Also got the mejadara lentil and rice plate. They did ask to see vaccination status in order to eat inside which was nice, and surprisingly all too rare around here. There were heated booths outside that started to fill soon after we got there, indoor seating is very limited.
Food is pretty good but ridiculously priced for what it is. We ordered a fish and chips that was a pile of fries and two tiny pieces of fish for $21. Four entrees came out over 20 min so first person was done before the last had their food. Wouldn't come back.
We find this place on a trip to Portland. The restaurant is fairly small, but we were fortunate to have a day where we could sit at their outdoor tables. We tried the Nazareth kebab and an order of the classic hummus. The kebab was fresh and very flavorful. The hummus was smooth and tasty. I would recommend ordering a and pita if you get hummus.
Their food is insanely good but the restaurant itself is very small and probably only seats about 16 people. There are 4 or 5 outdoor tables with heat lamps as well. I absolutely loved the grilled broccolini and the chicken kebab. The chicken was so flavorful and juicy and the broccolini had a really nice grilled flavor. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are eating alone or with 1 person.
It was a good experience, the food was fresh and delicious. I really liked everything that I ate. The service was good and the prices were reasonable. I definitely recommend visiting and trying their delicious food.

We visited Tusk on a Friday evening and decided to do the deluxe dining option. I think it was a great value for 12 dishes! Some dishes were good, others were excellent. If youâre willing to be flexible, I definitely think itâs the route to go. F
Drove down from WA to try this restaurant after it was recommended. Service was great, friendly staff that all knew the menu and ingredients very well. Started with the humus and pita, which was AMAZING. I could eat that all day eâryday! Had the ba
Excellent food! The garlic feta fries were so good I didnât even use ketchup or ranch like I normally use on fries. They forgot the tziki sauce on our chicken gyro but easily remedied. Flavor wise I thought the lamb gyro had a better flavor than th
I love this spot. They have one of the best cappuccinos in Portland. The staff is always kind, and friendly. And the tunes are always on point. Pro tip: ask for sugar crunchies on your capp. You wonât regret it!
This place is fantastic. This was our first visit. The customer ahead of us was giddy to recommend their house made vanilla syrup for our coffee drink and the âwicked awesomeâ sandwich. We arenât vegetarians but he was so insistent that we chan
The cart weâve needed! Rich flavors with the creamiest mac n cheese and mashed potatoes (my fave). Donât sleep on the desserts either. Somehow tastes even better as leftovers!

Awesome facility and located 5 minutes away. It was easy to find, although I wish it had a Risio sign outside. Their website was nice to navigate through and book a drop in session. Margaret the owner communicates and follows through and she looks li
I absolutely loved this spot!! We stumbled upon it after picking up some food from the Cart Blocks trucks. We were welcomed in with our food and purchased a glass of wine to enjoy with our food on the top deck. The atmosphere is so lovely! The serve
